Harry sighed as he straightened the collar on his wizard robes, breathing in the smell of fresh pine and cinnamon. Tonight was the christmas ball. Everything was decorated festively, everyone smiling brightly as they danced with their dates.

It was nice to see everyone so relaxed, as if they didn't have a care in the world.

Harry stood to the side watching as Seamus walzted by with Dean, Ron with Hermione, and Neville with Luna. They looked truly happy.

Running his fingers through his messy hair, he walked out the door, but stopped when a hand grabbed his shoulder. Turning back he saw Ron. "Where are you going, mate?"

"I'm tired. I'm going to go to bed." He replied, shrugging.

Ron blinked, looking a little awkward. "Is everything alright?" He asked, concern evident in his voice.

Harry nodded, giving a small smile. "Everything's fine. I'm just sleepy."

Ron smiled back. "Ok. Goodnight then."

Harry turned and begin to walk out the door. "Night, Ron."

The hallways were beautifully decorated with tall trees covered in shiny ornaments and every surface had garlands laid on top of it.

His steps echoed as he walked slowly, admiring the different decorations. He glanced in front of him and saw Draco walking towards him. Malfoy appeared to not be paying attention to his surroundings, he still hadn't noticed Harry.

Deciding to ignore him, Harry didn't want to fight on Chrstmas eve after all, he looked in front of him and kept walking. Right into a invisible wall. And from the curses he could hear coming from behind him, Malfoy had done the same.

"What the bloody hell?!" Draco screeched, his fist beating on the unseen wall. Which Harry guessed was a bad idea when the walls drew closer together, pressing Harry and Draco against each other. "What did you do, Potter?!"

Of course he would blame me, Harry thought as he rolled his eyes. He pinched the bridge of his nose. "This isn't my fault. I don't know what's going on." He replied as calmly as possible.

Draco huffed, looking extremely annoyed. "Well, something must be causing it." He began looking around, seeing nothing that could have caused it, he glanced at the ceiling. He groaned when he saw it.

Harry's eyes darted toward the ceiling to see what Draco was groaning about. His eyes widened when he saw the culprit. "A mistletoe?" He asked confused.

Draco sighed. "Worse. It's a Weasley mistletoe. I'm going to hex the damn idiots when I get out of here."

"Why does it have us trapped?" Harry asked, his stomache full of butterflies.

"What is a mistletoe used for, Potter?" Draco asked in a mocking tone.

Harry looked down, a blush spreading across his cheeks. "Um. Kissing?"

Draco glared at him. Damn Potter and his blushing. "Exactly. We have to kiss if we want out of here. It's the only way."

Confetti went off in Harry's head. He wanted this. Bad. "Alright." He said quietly, instead of screaming 'YES!' like he wanted to.

Draco stood in front of Harry, their bodies pressed close together. A sort of awkward tension filled the small space that they were trapped in. Leaning forward very slowly, Draco touched his lips to Harry's, quickly pulling back. Before he could pull away completely, Harry grabbed the front of his shirt and kissed him deeply.

Harry allowed Draco to pull away this time and Draco took a step back realising the walls were gone. Draco cleared his throat awkwardly. "So, you want to meet on the quidditch pitch later tonight?"

Harry smiled. "Wouldn't miss it."

Draco nodded and awkwardly straightened his tie. "Right then. See you later, Potter."

Harry's smile got bigger. "Yea, later."

End.

Let me know what you think about it, please?
