A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing.
The grave is fresh
The memory too
I'm so sorry, precious friend
For what I did to you
No howl can show my sadness
No cry, my pain
I've tried to hide it
But it's all in vain
I'm a sheep in wolf's clothing
Not knowing what to do
Myself is a mystery to me
The only certainty was you
I'm a sheep in wolf's clothing
Not knowing about my claws
No one ever told me
That this world had any laws
The moon shines above
As we visit you again
I have company
Yet you're still my only friend
The two say soothing words
Yet they don't understand
How can they
When they've never lost a friend?
I'm a sheep in wolf's clothing
Trying to scare the world
Playing the part I've been given at birth
Afraid that I might fall.
I'm a sheep in wolf's clothing
But I'm willing to learn
My friends, don't give up
The fire in my heart will forever more burn
A/N: wow, this was longer than the other poems by me so far. But I think that so far this is my fav ^^ Not because Kevin is my fav male character (then again, this would explain why I put in extra work and made it extra long, but…) but because I think that it's really… let's say, artistic. ^-^ R&R!
