Buffy: "You Think We're Dancing?"

Spike: "That's All We've Ever Done."

A/N Capoeira is a Brazilian Martial Art that combines Acrobatics, Music, and Fight.

Buffy smiled as she dodged and weaved to the beat of the drums. She's been doing Capoeira for several months now and was already a green belt. It was so wonderful to practice her slayer moves in a safe friendly environment where the most important rule was to not even come close to hitting the other person. The dance was choreographed like stunt people in the movies. Every blow and fall perfectly timed to the music. She did one final flying kick back to the edge of the circle so that others could dance the dance. Suddenly she felt a tingle on her neck. "Not him, Not now."

"Hey Luv,"

"Spike, get out of here. I'll fight you later, but I really want to finish class."

"Is everything okay Buffy?" Her instructor Rick came over.

"Yeah, my friend just had an important message he needed to give me and now he's leaving." Buffy gestured to the door with her head.

"Right," Spike agreed. "I'll talk to you later Buffy."

"Looking forward to it," She sighed as he walked out the door, was no part of her life sacred.

"So since when do you take martial arts?" Spike asked later when he caught up with Buffy on Patrol. "Let me guess peaches got you into it."

"Angel does Tai Chi, which is very different. Tai Chi is about inner strength and balance. Capoeira is about trust and fluid movements."

"Right it's the Dance I always told you about."

Buffy smiled at him, "Yeah I guess it is."

"So what did you learn tonight?"

"You really want me to show you."

"Buffy, I always want to dance with you."
