That Song She'd Buried Deep Inside

That song she used to sing on the swings…
even if the words no longer come to her tongue
they'll never fade: a melody that stays alive in the wind
and a past she's buried…deep inside

In a treasure-chest, with a lock to keep her out;
it in, that song she long ago used to sing
on the swings.
