Chapter One
Some one True...
Ginny shrieked in near incoherent rage. She flung a book at her mirror. She often used this gesture, as her mirror was unbreakable. She used books most of all to keep her nicethings safe and whole.
Molly peaked around the corner of her daughter's room cautiously. Ginny had the worst temper in the family and few dared cross her without serious thought on the consequences. And the consequences were usually disasterous. But obviously someone had. Ginny had the good grace to wait til she got home before unleasing her temper.
Ginny caught sight of her mother as she tore into several love letters that looked like they were from Harry. Ginny tossed the shreds into the air causing a confetti to fall as she stormed toward the unfortunate older woman.
"Mother, I do not want to talk about this." She growled.
Molly tried to pacify her daughter. "Ginny, please..."
"Mother, I know you think talking will help, but if I have to remember what happened, I'm going to snap. And right now you're the closest to me."
"Gin! Don't talk to Mum like that!" Ron protested, elbowing his way into his baby sister's room.
Ginny turned her flashing eyes on him and Ron began to regret his decision. "Fine Ron. I'll start with you. Can't you keep your girlfriend on a tighter lease?"
Ron frowned. "What do you mean?"
"I found her and that heinous pig I used to call a boyfriend wrapped around each other like caramel on apple."
Ron blanced and Molly's hands flew to her mouth.
Ron shook his head. "No. Hermione would never do that."
Ginny sneered at him. "Yeah, she would."
Ron slapped Ginny hard across the mouth. Ginny looked up at him through her hair. "So it comes to this." Ginny whispered. "You take her over me. Fantastic Ron. I knew it would."
Ron pointed a shaking finger at his sister. "Don't talk about Mione that way."
Ginny shook back her hair. "Why? Does the truth hurt?"
Ron lashed out again. Ginny caught his hand and spun, still holding his hand. She landed on his chest and slammed her elbow back into his chin. She repeated the gesture, sending Ron to the floor. She let him go and grabbed her bag from her bed. She pushed past her mother, announcing she was going to Diagon Alley.

He smiled at the image in the crystal. She would do. Oh, yes, she would do.
