Ninjago's Fallen Warriors
It was just a normal mission like all the other ones. Then why was it turning into a disaster? The Stone Army was back because somebody *cough* Dareth *cough* lost his helmet and General Kozu found it and took control of the army. Today they were getting their butts whooped and there was nothing they could do about it. Even with Lloyd's newly discovered Gold Ninja powers he couldn't beat him.
"Guys, we've got a problem." Jay said after dodging a move that would have decapitated him.
"What is it Jay?" Kai asked before his sword and Kozu's sword clashed.
"I'm out of jokes." He laughed before knocking his opponent over to Zane who had thrown his over the cliffside.
"What about, "These guys are so last century that they're slower than stones."" Zane suggested.
"Maybe next time. I think we're getting an advantage." Jay started laughing when the army started to retreat.
"Jay watch out!" Cole, Kai, Lloyd and Zane shouted in unison.
Jay turned to see Kozu's sword coming right at him. His sword was knocked from his hands and the blade hit him. Jay flew back and felt fine.
"I'm okay!" He smiled and waved before noticing a pain from his right shoulder down to his left hip.
"JAY!" Cole shouted. He was the leader and nobody was supposed to get hurt.
Jay looked down to examine the source of his pain. There was blood seeping into the blue of his uniform but it didn't seem to be pouring too bad. It just hurt a little bit, nothing extreme.
"Just a little blood." Jay assured them before getting up to attack the General again.
The two dueled endlessly. The others were engaged with a few leftover warriors who were trying to distract them. Jay struck at Kozu but he left an opening. The General used that to strike his last-or hope to be last-blow. Jay fell back in eternal pain.
"JAY!" His name echoed in his ears.
Zane was the first to reach his companion. Jay's uniform was covered in scarlet red blood and it seemed to never stop pouring. Kai in a swift attack knocked the spare soldiers over the cliff with the help of Lloyd. Cole rushed over and he and Zane were trying to stop the blood that flowed from Jay's chest wound.
"Oh, Nya's going to kill me. Tell her I'm sorry. I'm so dumb."
"No Jay, you're genius. Who else could have made all those inventions? And they all worked." Cole replied.
"I got a joke." Jay smiled even though he was in immense pain.
"The Stone Army….just another set of blockheads. He-he-he." Jay laughed before his eyes stared into space and that smile remained golden.
"NO! Jay, don't be dead. Don't be dead." Lloyd pleaded before trying to use his powers to revive the fallen warrior. It didn't work.
"NOOOOOO!" Kai shouted before engaging Kozu in head-to-head combat. All his fire and anger went into his attacks. The General met the other warriors fate but at the cost of Jay.
"Make heaven smile my friend." Zane goodbyed before shutting the Ninja's eyes.
Author's Note: So my sister was on Deviantart looking at Ninjago pics. Same as me. When she out of the blue goes, "I wonder what Ninjago fans would think of Jay dying. Write a story." This was the product of that. I have nothing against Jay, he's my second favorite character. Blame my sister for this, she had the idea. So Ninjago fans, what do you think?
