Hey guys! This is my first finchel fic! Hope you enjoy!
After graduating high school, Finn and I hopped in my Jag and headed to New York. We had both recieved scholarships to Julliart, recommended by Mr. suprised us at the last Glee club meeting, holding us after to give us the good news.
Finn, being as he is, informed a smiling Mr. Shue that he had not applied for "Julie's-Art". Mr. Shue and I laughed as we informed him of the true name of the school. Apparently, Mr. Shue had applied FOR us.
So, thats why we are on the road, headed NorthEast on the highway.
It was 4:38 AM, and Finn and I were both exausted.
"Finn, why dont we just pull over to the next hotel... you look like you're about to fall asleep at the wheel." I recommended. He silently nodded his head, his eyes drooping.
He pulled into The Hilton and we both got out and headed for the lobby, niether of us realizing we needed our bags until we were up to our room.
I was about to say something to Finn, but he opened the door and ran towards the bed, kicking off his shoes and jumping under the covers. About 32 seconds later, I heard snoring.
I smirked as I walked into the room, searching for the bathroom. I hadn't gone since 4:00 yesterday, so I REALLY had to pee. I walked into the room and slowly made my way to the bathroom, resisting heading straight for the bed, like Finn.
I woke up the next morning around 12:30 PM.
"Finn... Finn, wake up, we need to get going. We need to get to New York to get settled in to our apartment." I cooed in a sleeping Finn's ear.
He grumbled, and slowly opened one eye to look at me, then quickly closed it and turned around. He pulled the white flower patterned blankets and sheets over his head, blocking the sunlight as I opened the blinds.
"Rachel," Finn said, his voice muffled into the pillows.
"Yes, Finn?" I replied sweetly back, looking aimlessly for a bag that wasnt there.
"Turn off the lights," He tried, burrying his head farther into the pillows.
"The lights aren't on," I said, looking at the window. Technically, the light WEREN'T on, the blinds were open.
Finn picked his head up and turned, opening his eyes. He groand.
"Blinds, Lights, whatever. Close them," He tried again, getting frustrated with me.
I ignored him, pretending not to hear him.
"Rachel," He said, his voice growing louder. I ignored him.
"Rachel," He said again. I sighed.
"What Finn?" I asked innocently.
"Close the blinds," He said louder than before, as if he though I was going deaph.
"No," I said, sticking up my nose. "Close them yourself."
Hopefully, making him walk to the other side of the room would wake him up. I really wanted to get to New York as soon as possible. I wanted to see our apartment overlooking Julliard and Times Square, that showed the city lights at night from our window.
I crossed my arms as I watched him get up, close the blinds, walk back over to the bed, and pass out again.
Well, that didn't work out as I planned.
Hope you enjoyed! I would like at least 5 reviews please! Love ya!
