Disclaimer: I don't own Sherlock, but if I did Molly would have gone after him at the freaking wedding!

Mrs. Hudson could sense something was bothering Sherlock. He hadn't moved from his chair all day. She walked over to the window and threw the curtains open, causing a cloud of dust to appear. Sherlock squinted and tried to adjust to the light. "I'll make us some tea, and you can tell me all about whatever it is that's upsetting you."

Mrs. Hudson left the room only to return a few minutes later holding a tray with two cups of tea and some biscuits. She set the tray down in front of Sherlock, and sat down in the chair opposite from him. Sherlock took the cup and began to slowly sip it. He then set it back down on the tray. Mrs. Hudson patiently waited for him to say something.

She decided to be direct, and asked "What's on your mind Sherlock?"

"I'm in a bit of a quandary," Sherlock answered. "I've recently come to the realization that I love someone, but this person is in a relationship. I'm a lot of things, but the last thing I want to be is a home wrecker."

Sherlock closed his eyes and pinched the bridge of his nose. He was trying to block Molly's voice out of his mind. "We're having quite a lot of sex."

"Shut up!" Sherlock slammed his hands down, causing Mrs. Hudson to jump.

"Sherlock!"

"No, not you. Sorry," Sherlock sighed.

"Do I know who this person is?" Mrs. Hudson asked.

"Yes," Sherlock replied.

Mrs. Hudson knew instantly who Sherlock was talking about. "Oh dear, that's a tricky one. If you really care about this person-"

Sherlock interrupted, "I do."

"Then you have to tell John how you feel. Tell him before it's too late!"

"John?" Sherlock asked, amused. He was on the verge of laughter. "Mrs. Hudson, John is my friend. He is my best friend to be exact."

Mrs. Hudson looked confused. "The two of you really are just friends?"

"Yes! I'll admit that we are very compatible and he is handsome, but we share nothing more than a platonic friendship."

"Then who the bloody hell are we talking about?" Mrs. Hudson asked, confused.

"Molly Hooper, obviously."

Mrs. Hudson's face lit up. "Molly, she's such a nice girl! Actually I'm quite relieved that it isn't John. He and Mary make a lovely couple." Sherlock nodded his head in agreement.

"You thought that John and I?" Sherlock chuckled, "Imagine me, standing up at John's wedding, in front of all his guests, and saying I object! I love that man, and you can't have him!" They both began to laugh, Mrs. Hudson almost spilling her tea.

Mrs. Hudson looked at him lovingly,"I'm so glad that you're back! I feel like this is the old us again. I really did miss you, even though it was nice to not be woken up every night to the sound of gunshots and-"

Sherlock tuned Mrs. Hudson out. He looked out the window and noticed that the sun was almost setting. He would have to hurry if he was going to catch Molly before her shift was over.

"Oh dear, what was it we were talking about?"

Sherlock stood up, "Thank you for your insightful advice. I'd better be off now." He grabbed his coat and made his way towards the door.

"Off to where?" Mrs. Hudson asked.

"Molly!" Sherlock said before slamming the door on his way out.

A/N: I probably won't be adding on to this anytime soon, because I'm going to be focusing on writing Love to lie. If anyone likes this and wants me to update it, leave a review saying so, and I will! =)
