Sweet Cravings
Ono looked up from kneading dough as the door creaked open and a sheepish figure stepped inside the kitchen.
"He's here again, Ono-san," Chikage whispered in a voice that signaled a certain level of panic. "What do we do? Kawa isn't here."
"Who?"
"The creepy guy."
Ono sighed. He guessed he'd have to deal with it eventually.
He took his apron and handed it to Chikage as he stepped out of the kitchen. Chikage was about to follow but Ono wagged his finger and told the sunglassed hulk to be a good boy, sit, and stay.
As he stepped out from the store and onto the street, he looked up at the roof of the building across them and indeed, there he was.
Ono put his hands on his hips as he turned his face up. "Please quit stalking me," he said sternly. He's had his fill with bitter one-night-stands, specially attached ones. And to think he just slept with the guy to find out if he was gay as a favor to a friend. Not that he regretted it…
Anyway.
"Idiot," the guy smirked. "I'm not here for you."
Ono frowned – this was a first. Oh! But then he remembered his friend mentioning something about this guy's penchant for anything with sugar...
"Well, quit stalking my sweets either," he retorted. "You have to pay if you want 'em."
The guy balled his fists and let out a small growl. After a second of probably arguing with himself, he finally flitted away.
Ono sighed again and made his way back to the bakery, shaking his head in dismay.
He reminded himself to call Kurama later and tell him, for god's sake, to give his new bloke of a boyfriend some ningen money.
~end?
