Disclaimer: I do not own Jimmy Neutron and never will. Geez how many times do I have to say that?

Author's Note: This came out on a whim. I hope you like it.

They were driving late one night for some food. Tacos were on their minds. At a light, three blocks from the establishment, the driver, a teen boy, asked his girlfriend a life-changing question. So flippantly, that it would seem as if it was just a normal occurrence to ask her something like that.

"Hey, want to get married?" he asked. He and his girlfriend had only graduated high school the week before. They had been dating all those four years.

"Are you serious?" she said, laughing.

"Yeah," he replied. She looked at him: He was serious.

"Okay," she shrugged.

"When do you want to do it?" he was pulling up to the drive thru window.

"This weekend? I have a white dress that I have been dying to wear," she said, handling over some money.

"Alright, I'll go buy the rings tomorrow." He grabbed the food and drinks. They settled back into silence as they headed home.

Three days later, they were married. It was only the two of them and a preacher. After they reassured said preacher that it was not a joke or some bet, he married them.

"And now I pronounce you Mr. and Mrs. James Neutron. You may kiss the bride."

They turned to each other, smiles on their faces and leaned in. A short sweet kiss sealed the deal.

When the news reached their parents, all hell broke loose. Shouts of "It won't last" and "What were you thinking?" filled the room. The newlyweds took it in stride and told them that they will prove them wrong.

And they did.

26 years and three kids later, Jimmy and Cindy are still madly in love and happily married.

The End

A/N: Wasn't that utterly cute? This was inspired by a comment someone here made about seeing JxC eloping. Also a comment from an online community where someone told of how her boyfriend propose to her on the way to get burritos.
