I Miss You- A Reichenbach Poem
Beautiful, tranquil, perfect
Raindrops on my cheeks
They show my pain
The pain of loss
Reflected in the landscape
Missing you so very much
Hoping even more no matter what the cost
The clouds—my future
Is break—so bleak
My knees are weak
Sobbing and wishing
Wishing it was me instead
The only thing I can say
To you is
"Please just don't"
"Don't be dead."
