Hello everyone! This fanfiction is before Still Crazy, back in the 70's when Strange Fruit didn't have Ray (although he will surface in a couple chapters). No songs are going to be used until chapter 3. Karen has a twin sister in this fanfic, her name is Kym. Kym loves Strange Fruit, and all the guys. She's like Karen only a bit more level headed but still strange (lawl).

I leaned against the tour bus, having a cigarette as usual. I saw my sister, Karen, help her boyfriend onto the bus. He must be drunk or he wouldn't've needed her help. Keith, Les, Tony and Beano were already on the bus. Hughie was at the door waiting for me to finish.
"Oi come on shorty!" Beano shouted at me from the window.
"Chill out Beano! I'm almost done." I said back. I took one last drag and tossed it aside. Hughie smirked and ruffled my black hair.
"Still smoking like a French girl eh?" His Scottish accent was as thick as the hair on his head.
"Damn straight." I said. I pulled over my black hood and went to the back of the bus. Keith was asleep in his bunker, Les and Tony were at a booth talking. Course I knew my sister, Brian and Beano were in their bunkers trying to get some sleep. I sat next to Tony and he smiled at me.
"What you two on about?" I asked. Les smiled a little and shrugged.
"Band stuff." He said.
"Bullshit, you're talking about getting some action eh?" I said nudging Tony and smirking at Les. Tony pulled down my hood and ruffled up my hair.
"You know us too well Kym." He said.
Let me bring you up to speed. My name is Kym Knowles, my twin sisters name is Karen. Though it's hard to believe the fact we are twins, we are. She has brown hair and pretty murky brown green eyes. I have black hair and crystal blue eyes. Karen and I are 'groupies' to Strange Fruit. A unique rock band, their songs are awesome! Keith and Brian are brothers, Brian plays the guitar and Keith is the lead singer. Tony plays the keyboard (Yamaha), Beano plays the drums and Les plays bass. Karen is Brian's girl if you can already tell, me? I'm no ones girl. Karen and I take care of the guys after the show, do their laundry, that sort of stuff. She doesn't play anything, I play the piano and sometimes the guitar. I'll tell you something though, I worry a lot about Keith, the does drugs a lot of the time and most of the time (not during a concert mind you) is out of it. I tried talking to him about it, but he always smiles and says 'Don't worry about it K.' I still don't believe him. Les and Tony are my closest friends in the band, I know about Tony crushing on her, sort of makes me sad when she denies him. Les has a girlfriend, Camille, rarely see her but she's alright in my books. Beano…well he's Beano.
That's it for chapter 1! Next chapter yes it will be Keith's funeral...
