I lay down and close my eyes and the. I feel drops on my face. I open my eyes and there she is. The love of my life, Jessica, on the roof bleeding out of her stomach. I screamed out her name and she burst into flames.

I wake up in the passenger seat of Deans 1976 Chevy Impala. I never liked that car but Dean insisted on driving it around. I turn to my left and Deans sitting there looking at me with a worried expression.

"What's wrong with you?" I ask him.

"Ether you were having a sexy screaming dream, or your dreaming about Jess's death again." He replied with a smart ass tone.

"You really need to get over that, it happened almost a year ago." He continued.

"You just don't get it Dean"

"Sammy, must I remind you about moms death again?"

I turned around ignoring his response and turned back to sleep. It must have been only an hour until I woke up to a crashing sound. As soon as I wake up though, I feel a sharp pain in my head and I black out again.

I wake up what must be days later and I see Dean hovering over me.

"Where...where am I"

Dean put his hand over my mouth and put a finger over his lips he than pointed to the wall. I looked up, which was my first mistake. I could feel my eyes widen and I tried to scream but Deans grip over my mouth was to strong. I looked around and saw that i was hooked into a machine. I must have been is a hospital. On the wall of the hospital was a black hole with a worm like creature coming out of it. When gigantic worm moved some more I could see itself into Jess.

"It's a carlfer." Dean said. "It feeds off of your emotions and becomes your greatest weakens, it looks like Dad to me but Im not sure what it looks like to you. It's going to try and get inside your head but you need to fight it. And to answer your earlier question were in an abandoned hospital. There was a man in the street and I swerved not to hit him and than we hit a tree..., you got hurt pretty badly so I dragged you here."

Deans grip around my mouth lightened and I was able to move my mouth.

"How do we kill it?" I said

"Oh Sammy, have you not learned anything?"

I looked at him with a blank expression and he could tell I was lost.

"This is a carlfer, it feeds." I interrupted him, "you've already said that much."

"Just wait." He said. Than he continued, "the only way to kill a carlfer is to get it in its weak point. We have to destroy its hatching point, where it begins."

I interrupt him"So basically we need to destroy its cave?"

"Yea that's what I said."

The creature that looked like Jess was approaching me and I didn't know what to do so I got up from the bed and grabbed a shotgun off the table side and I aimed the gun a the creature. But than something took me over. The creature was Jess. She came over to me and put her arms around my waist. I had missed the presence of her and her company was appreciated. I leaned over and gave her a kiss. Her lips felt so real and until that moment I hadn't realized how much I missed her.

"What the hell are you doing?!" I heard Dean like an echo in the back of my head.

I didn't stop kissing it until it was to late. Jess turned back into the worm and bit me in the side of my stomach.

"No!" Dean screamed and I saw a flash of a bright red light but then I blacked out.

I look up and see Jess on the roof with blood coming out of her stomach. She than burst into flames and I wake up.

I look to my left and I'm in the inside of Deans car again.

"How did." Dean cut me off "It's over, the carlfer is dead."

I felt a sharp pain in my side and looked down. The bite marks were still there but it was stitched up.

"Your welcome." Said Dean and I fell back asleep.
