((hey there, i was going to write a second chapter to my other fic, but instead, i wrote this little thing. I love Draco/Ginny, but haven't written a real nice fic about them yet. This is just a little meeting they had in a dark hallway after someone pulled a prank on them. No romance or anything intended, just a simple little meeting with cannon-ess.))

It was approximately nine-thirty, and here she was, waiting near the sixth floor corridor entrance just as the note told her to. Quickly opening the crumpled note again, she made sure that nine-thirty was the correct time to meet. It was. Scoffing, she rolled her eyes and hastily stuck it back in her pocket. Five more minutes had gone past, and still no sign of anyone. "That's the last bloody time I listen to a damn note.." she muttered, starting to walk away, when she heard something behind her. Turning around, her wand out, she saw no one, and never heard the mysterious noise again. She stood there knowing she should just leave, but not wanting to turn her back on anything that may be there. For some reason, the shadow in the corner of a near by statue seemed to bother her. Stepping closer to it, she whispered 'lumos,' making her wand fill the corner with light. Nothing was there. Sighing, she put her wand away and rolled her eyes. But as soon as she turned around to leave, she ran into someone.
Scowling, crossed her arms. "What the bloody hell do you want, Ferret-Boy?" she spat angrily at her enemy. Draco seemed slightly humored that he had scared the girl, and also slightly annoyed. "Funny, I was about to ask you the same thing, Weaslette." He smirked, then dug in a pocket of his robes, then extracted a note. "You're the one who wanted me to meet you here." Ginny glanced at Draco's extended hand, then snatched the note out of it. It had matched the one that belonged to her, same paper, same handwriting. She took out her note, then handed it to Draco, who observed it curiously. "Clearly, someone was having a little fun, setting us up like this," she said, tearing up the note and throwing it aside. She stared hard at Draco, who was still observing the note. He then looked up at her and scowled. "What?" he asked. Ginny rolled her eyes. "Nothing, you prat," she said snidely, as she began walking away from him. She had no idea who had played this silly little prank on them, but she wasn't going to worry about it, as long as she wouldn't have to run into Draco again. "Oh," she said, pausing then turning around to face Draco. "This, never happened." She flicked her hair and then walked away, her body disappearing in the shadows. Draco laughed to himself as he watched Ginny walk away, then looked back to the note. No doubt, she was very pretty, but he still couldn't stand that little brat. Crumpling the note, he threw it aside and headed back to his common room, muttering somehthing like, "waste of time."
