Okay so I decided that for the Specialist Skills and For talents, some of them need to be switched, made better, or placed in different categories. SO you could look at this as a rework I guess. It's actually fairly good to do as well, and will make things less confusing. Especially for me and new people to my system. And Every now and again I wonder, Why the hell did I make such system?

Vitality- Your energy in total. Starts with 10. Increases Health, stamina, and movement speed.
Agility- How fast you and your reflexes are. Starts with 10. Increases movement speed.
Intelligence- The ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills . Starts with 10. Increases EXP gain.
Wisdom- The Quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment.(Like see an enemies weak spot better) Starts with 10. Increases EXP gain.
Luck- Good luck you will need it. Starts with 10. Increases loot and crits.
Endurance- How long you can do an action for and how long you can endure pain. Starts with 10. Increases health and stamina.
Perception- The ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses. Starts with 10. Increases mana.
Charisma- How good you are a speech. Starts with 10.
Resistance- How resistant you are. Starts with 0. Increases resistance to everything. (Specific actions will improve this skill.)
Regeneration- How fast you regenerate health. Starts with 0.5 per second for health. Cannot be increased. Titles, perks, and certain skills will increase regen. (Every 10 resistance points increases regent by 1)
Defense- The total amount of defense you have. Reduces damage from incoming attacks. Is increased through armour, and skills.
Offensive- The total amount of damage you do. Your attack rating. Each weapon has it's own attack rating. Increased through equipping weapons and skills.

The Wonder gun mastery is increased by weapons from Wonder gun to Moderator.
Now for the Specialist Skills. Specialist Skills are extremely powerful skills that can only be unlocked in Life or death situations- most of the time. Some Specialist Skills are also hard to utilize in actual combat. You get an extra Specialist slot for every 10 lvls. You start with three Specialist slots. Four random Specialist skill are unlocked. Now for some major explaining. Specialist Skills, and Talents are skills that can be obtained over time. Unlike normal skills they are oddly specific, and for the most part cannot level up, or made better. Other skills gained through actions can be and are not that specific. Those are the major differences. I also like the idea of these skills better than others, and for the most part the skills are just things like major stat boosters. Very few are actually active skills. Now certain skills and talents can be unlocked permantly instead of sloted into a slot. Some examples are Juggernaut, Power House, Night Owl, etc.
Outlast- Once your health hits zero you gain 15% of your maximum health for 2 minutes. (Passive)
Hold the Line- For every party member down (Have hit 15% hp) you will gain a 25% bonus to all Stats, attack, and defense. (Passive)
Tenacity- Survive any attack that that puts you to zero health if it takes over 5% of your health (Puts you down to 1 health point, does not work on Shields (Passive)
Unfazed- Reduces damage from all physical attacks by 40% critical shots also have 50% reduced damage (Passive)
Power House- Increases all your Attack and and Defense by 45% (Passive)
Execution- Immediately kill/defeat any enemy/opponent with 20% or less health. (Passive)
Juggernaut- Doubles Health (Passive)
Double Tap- Doubles damage of all Guns. (Passive)
Thunder Shield- Gain a 10ft radius of Shock damage around you. (Passive)
Sudden Bleed- Put a 200 DMG a second for 20 seconds on enemies within a 20ft radius of you. (Active)
Acrobat- Gain a 30% Bonus to Agil, Dex, Luc, End, and Per. (Passive)
MLG Queen- All stats and health is boosted by 20%, head shots do triple damage, does 35% more damage against enemy Gamers. Sniper rifles have 100% accuracy. (Passive)
Collateral Damage- When scoring a critical hit all enemies within a 10ft radius is hit with 75% of the hits damage. (Passive)
Cutthroat- When the enemy has a negative or positive status affect on them the Attack is 30% more (Can stack) (Passive)
Guardian- When scoring a critical hit a party member gains shield that lasts until hit. (Passive)
Thor's Apprentice- Increases Str, Vit, Char, Wis, and Int by 40%. (Passive)
Take the shot- Every attack that does 5% or more of your Health gives you a 2% bonus to defense. (Passive)
Death's Enemy- A single revival every 48 Hours. (Passive)
Grimm Reaper's Training- All two handed weapons have 50% faster swing speed, 100% More crit, and damage. (Passive)
Heavy's Shotgun- all shot guns do 3x time the normal damage. (Passive)
The New Deadpool- gain a 25% boost to Agil, Dex, End, and Per. Gains 100 hp/s (Passive)
Dragon Blood- A 30ft radius pool of acidic dragon blood will appear at your feet at will (does 100 DMG per second) (Active)
Blink- Teleport to distances up to 30ft away. (Active)
Overlord- All mana attacks do 75% more damage. (Passive)
Decapitate-Upon killing an enemy they cannot be revived through any means. (works with Execution) (Passive)
Draconic Presence- All enemies that can see you have a high Tier fear effect put on them, crippling their attack and defense. (Passive)
Undead- All melee attacks do 60% less damage, but you take 50% more damage from fire and Holy magic. (Passive)
Cursed Paladin- All Divine, healing, or holy magics are reversed to dark magic, and All dark magics do 200% more damage. (Passive)
Despair Aura- (Can only be equipped with Overlord) Causes Fear, Insanity, and Even death to weaker beings around you. (Passive)
Thunder Palace- Set up a one mile area that increases all stats by 300% (Active)
Tower's Shield- Gain a 5000 health shield in a 180 degree area in front of you. (Active)
Rewind- Rewinds your time and anyone you are touching by 20 seconds when used. (Can be used repeatedly.) (Active)
Moon Drip- No form of seals work against you, you can destroy any seals. (Active)
Night Owl- Gain a 40% stat bonus at night. (Passive)
Second Wind- Activated upon death. Revive with 75% hp, 100% stat bonus, and +25 hp regen. (Passive)
One Shot, Three kills. 1,000% higher chance of a critical shot. Does 125% collateral damage to enemies close by. (Passive)

Near Death Experience- All people around you or in your party won't die for ten minutes. (Active)
Round Robbin'- Every person in your party will gain a 40% EXP boost. (Passive)
Profit Sharing- All people in your party share EXP. (Passive)
Now you See me- Every enemy will target you for 20 minutes. (Passive)
Make haste!- 20% faster run speeds, 30% more stamina, -15% recoil, -50% weapon reload time, and +25 stamina regen. (Passive)
Shocking surprise- Shocks any enemy who touches you for 50% of your damage. Also applies stun. (Passive)
INFINITE POWER!- All weapons have infinite ammo. No real reloading for you. And 25% more damage and fire rate. (Passive)

Nature's Friend- All forms of nature magic does not hurt you. (Passive)
Friend Of All- Befriend any creature that you want. (Passive)
The Sky-lord- Gain control of the skys. When in the sky gain a 70% stat bonus. (Passive)
Tough It Out- A 20% chance to ignore damage. (Passive)
Infamous- Causes a fear affect, more will know about you, a 10% chance to ignore damage. (Passive)

And now for Talents! Talents are very powerful abilities unlocked over time. Or by fighting beings stronger than yourself and wining. You can get more talent slots for every 20lvls. You start with only two Talent slot. Three random Talents are unlocked from the beginning. Most of these are meant to be better than Specialist skills. Latter on I will sort them better.
Quick Learner- Gain a 3x bonus to level EXP. (Passive)
Knowledge Affinity- All skills will get a 2.5x bonus when getting EXP. (Passive)
Magic Immunity- Become immune to magic from beings weaker than yourself. (Passive)
Melee Immunity- Become immune to melee from beings weaker than yourself. (Passive)
Berserk's Strength- Strength is increased by 500%, and Vitality is increased by 400%. (Passive)
Jack of all Trades- 60% boost to all stats, 30% boost to health, 25% boost to attack and defense, and gain an extra Specialist and Talent Slot. (Passive)
Giant's Strength- 1000% more Strength , but -50% Agility and Dexterity. (Passive)
Sacrificial Limit Breaker- Gain a 350% bonus to all stats, defense, attack, magic, and melee, but your health is reduced to 35% until the end of the battle. (Active)
Elemental Resistance- All elemental magic does 65% less damage. (Passive)
Frozen Heart- A 35% bonus to health and shields, 3x more damage with Ice magic, unlocks Permanent- Frost magic, 50% less mana usage with Ice. (Active)
Blast Furnace- again a complete immunity to any fire, unlocks Hell Storm Fire magic, +100% fire damage, and -50% mana cost. (Active)
Jacob's Ladder- Grants White Lightning Magic, +150% thunder magic damage, complete immunity to electricity, -50% electric mana cost. (Active)
Charismatic Engineer- All crafting time is reduced by 75%. (Passive)
Fusion Power- Absorb all energy directed at you and store it. Can be used in various ways. (Active)
Chaos- Causes a random negative affect to all enemies that fight you, also does between 10% to 50% of their damage to themselves. (Active)
Slayer of All- With this talent you gain a 300% damage bonus to all beings, and gains the ability to kill them instantly if weaker. (Passive)
Unstoppable- Enemies weaker than yourself cannot kill you. (Passive)
Out Pace- No enemy weaker than yourself can evade your attacks, but if an enemy is stronger the you, you cannot evade their attacks. (Passive)
Deny Power- Stop an enemies power from going through. (Active)
Curse killer- No curse or poison can affect you, and you can remove any curse or poison. (Passive)
Enpowered Ability- Triple the power of a single party member. (Active)
Erase Power- Permanently erase the power of an enemy (Only once to the same enemy) once a week. (Drains you of all mana for 48 hours.) (Active)
Anywhere But here- Randomly teleport to a location in friendly territory. (Active)
AOE- All attacks have an AOE affect. Range will vary from weapon to weapon. (Passive)
9 Lives- Gain nine revivals, but your max health is reduced to 25% when slotted. (Passive)
Absolute Power- Gain 500% extra damage to a single ability. (Can be moved to another in combat.) (Active)
Cursed Eyes- When an enemy looks At you, they will gain a 35% debuff to all stats, -100 health for each second you look at them, needs to be activated. (Active)
The Soul- Redirects projectile attacks around you. (Passive)
Holy Mantel- Stops a single hit that does over 5% of your health. (Passive)
Cracked Crown- 15% bonus to all stats, + 5 hp per second, 75% chance to make enemies to have absolute fear effect on them. For every Specialist skill or talent active this ability gains a 10% bonus to all stats, and +5 hp regen. (Passive)
Sacred Heart- Gain a 50% health bonus, 2x bonus to holy magic, 50% less mana is used when casting holy magic. (Passive)
Absolute End- Any being weaker than yourself that you kill cannot be revived by any means. (Passive)
Wish upon a Star- Make a reality changing wish for the price of 100 LVLs. (Active)
Immortality... Kinda- 1000 hp per second (Passive)
Chrome Bones- Plated with chrome, your bones gain a 30x durability boost, but are as heavy as chrome. (Passive)
Templar Guard- gain a 50% life steal, and reduce damage by 50% (Passive)
Empowered- Of every Specialist skill or Talent gained but not equipped gain a + 10% stat increase. (Passive)
Depleted Body- Turns your body into depleted uranium, but can start leaking radiation. Has different tiers, with each tear get more powerful but produces more radiation. Tiers- Depleted: 100% full body enhancement, Normal: 250% produces Alpha radiation, Enriched: 400%, produces Beta radiation, Critical: 700% produces Gamma, and Atomic: 1000% produces all three types of radiation. (Active)
Adimantium Dragon Skin- +500% Vitality, 200% added defensive stat bonus. (Passive)
Unkilled- Any instant kill attacks you are hit with are completely nullified. 30% chance to ignore all damage from an attack. +150 regen per second. (Passive)
Golden Luck- + 200% more money dropped from enemies, and -10% enemy health. (Passive)
Bloody Knuckles- -10% max health, +150% unarmed and small weapon damage. (Passive)
Winter's Wail- Every time you are hit, you release an ice explosion, sending out massive shards of ice, frost, and cool air. You also gain a frozen aura around your self slowing enemies. (Passive)
Dying Wish- Upon death you gain 2 minutes of invincibility, +500 hp and stamina regen, + 5000% Attack bonus on every attack. (Passive)
Midas Lament- for every 100 dollars in any currency you gain a 0.5 damage and defense increase. (Passive)
Dragon's hoard- For every 50 pounds of loot you gain 0.5 health, mana, and stamina regen. (Passive)
Inner Peace- to activate this skill you must feel no regret or guilt. +5% defensive and offensive stats every 10 seconds . (No stack Cap). (Passive)
Dead-eye Accuracy- (Only works on Ranged weaponry or attacks.) For every shot that hits the intended target gain a 35% damage bonus. Max at 700% damage boost. Missing once rests the bonus. (Passive)
Resistance- For every 25 of the same attack on you, you will gain a 0.5 resistance in it's attack category. (Passive)
Unbreakable- Tripple health and defense stat. (Passive)
Graphene body- Turns the body into a material similar to graphene but is 3x stronger, this includes muscles, skin, and bones. -100 MP every minute it's active. (Active)
Luck of the Irish- Gain a 500% luck boost. (Passive)
Dragon Soul- Unleash your inner Dragon, and destroy them all! Permanently changes the body to a half Dragon. When paired with Draggur, you turn into a full dragon. +250% VIT, +90% STR,, + 150% END. (Passive)
Death's Touch- Touch an enemy to drain their health, and power. (Active)
Lusty Blood- For every bit of damage you take you gain a 50% damage boost. Caps at 500% (Passive)
Guardian's Vanguard- Become invincible for 2 minutes. (Active)
Bloody Rage- Each enemy kill that you get increases your damage by 10% (Caps at 500%, and stacks with Berserker's Rage) (Passive)
Sell Sword- All swords do 300% more damage, and you do 250% more damage against all non-human enemies. (Passive)
Draggur- Temporarily turn into a half dragon half human hybrid for 10 minutes. (Active)
Berserker's Rage- Every Ten seconds in combat increases all stats by 20% (No stack cap), but slowly drains stamina. (Passive)
Human Shield- When Defending all party members cannot be hurt, except for you. (Passive)
Glass Cannon- 2500% more damage,+1000% running speed,-95% health. (Passive)
Now I have a new system that I really just got from the Binding of Isaac. The Trinket system. For every ten levels you can use another trinket. Trinkets have a variety of affects to the player. Trinkets are very specific items, that do not spawn very frequently. Trinket items don't take up the usual spots for equipped items. Trinkets are also the only items that naturally have permanent damage affects. Trinkets also have other special affects that not many other items have.
Lucky Bullet- A special bullet that supposedly killed 10 enemies. 10% chance of a lucky shot(Armour piercing and 250% damage) + 125% Luck.
Poker Chip- + 50% more loot dropped, and +25% Currency dropped from enemies.
Blind Rage- 15% chance to Ignore damage and + 5% less damage.
Angel Feather- 10% more defense.
Elixir Drops- + 10hp per second, +20 Mana per second, and + 15 Stamina per second.
Half Eaten Biscuit- + 35 stamina per second.
Demon's Tail- +15% damage, -20% mana usage, and -5% stamina usage.
Golden Pocket Watch- A pocket watch that doesn't really tell the time. Opening the watch will cause time to pause, but must be charged with mana. ( 1,000 mana per minute.)
Eternal flame- A tiny flame that never goes out. +25% fire resistance, - 10% fire mana usage, and + 5% damage. Keeps you warm.
Permafrost Shard- A shard of frost that never breaks. +10% extra defense, +25% movement speed, and +5% stamina.
Broken Knife- A broken blade can still wound. + 35 bleed damage per second, + 15% crit chance, and 1% chance of permanent wound.
Sacred Fragment- A fragment of a blade of great power. ?
The Blue Candle- A candle that never melts, Improves all allies in your party by 35%. When paired with the Eternal flame doubles the effects of both.
Fist wraps- When wrapped around your hands, your hands can't break, + 45% damage in unarmed combat, + 5% chance to break an enemies bones
Now I know a few of these really won't be used all that much but, eh. In the future I will add more of these but, for the most part I am out of ideas. Now I will go back every now and again to change them to have some sort of weakness or limitation. If you have any suggestions I will probably use them. And honestly I am probably going to have a fun time with this story. Well have a nice read.
