Ellie awoke bound in a van surrounded by teenagers with blue bandanas on.

"Finally, she wakes up." One of them says as a wicked grin flashes across his face, "Now we can have some fun."

She is disoriented, but she figures out quickly that these people are with the Blue Squares.

Ellie knows why she has been taken, and she wishes that she was not the way she was.

As bad as it is with these people, she is glad that they have taken her.

She smiles, glad to be free of the burden that she had suffered for so long from.

They talk to each other in whispers, and she is okay with that.

They have their secrets, and she has hers, but she knows that she must get out, and finally be free.

Then one of them picks up a crowbar and says, "Let's play a game."

He bring it down on her, but the child does not scream out of pain, but simply because she has been angered.

Ellie screams out in rage, furious, but the strangest thing is, the pain she should feel is nonexistent.

The van has large, untinted windows, and she looks out one.

There is another van, and it slowly begins to drive next to them. Maybe, she thinks, maybe they can help.

Kadota, Erika, and Walker are in the car, and they are outraged by the scene before them.

They see the man hitting the child with the crowbar, and they know these people.

The Blue Squares are old enemies of the Dollars.

Ellie shrieks as he hits her again, and the the van she is in turns a corner, with the other van behind them.

Ellie doesn't know if those people will help her, or even who they are, but she can hope.

The van she is in stops suddenly, and it seems that they have arrived.

The man smashes the crowbar on her one last time, on the head, and she goes out like a light.

The people carry the unconscious child, unaware of their unseen enemies behind them.

It is a quick fight, and, once again, the child is at the mercy of a stranger, only this time, the stranger has no intentions of killing her, yet.

"Is she okay?" Erika asks, concerned for the child on the floor.

At the distant sound of their voices, Ellie slowly starts to awaken.

"Why the hell do you think they did that, Kadota?" Erika asks.

"I don't know, but what should we do with the kid?" He asks.

"Probably take her to a hospital. I only wonder what she has to do with this situation, and why she was taken." Erika says, curiosity edging her voice.

Ellie suddenly opens her eyes and bolts up, not knowing where she is, secretly praying that it is heaven.

"Hey, you okay?" Walker asks, but Ellie doesn't say anything, and she just stares at them.

Finally, after an awkward period of silence, Ellie asks, "Why did you do that? Why did you even try to save me?"

"Something about the good of the people. Blah, blah, blah." Walker says.

"You didn't do any good for anyone, including yourself. Now they'll come for both me and you. You have gotten yourself into deeper water that you can swim in. Your effort touches my heart, and I apologize for involving you. Now, if I were you, I would run while you still can."
