"Emma I'm telling you it's the evil queen!"
"Look kid, I don't have time for your imagination right now."
"It's not my imagination! The evil queen has powers and she can rip out people's hearts, right out their body! She has a vault with them in; look!"
Henry opened up his big book and pointed to an image on a page of the huntsman and the evil queen. She had his heart in her hand. He then flipped over to the next page showing the queens vault with all her hearts in. He looked up at Emma just hoping she would have an once of belief... Nothing.
"Pictures Henry, they're just pictures."
"No they're not. It happened! Look that huntsman is graham. She had his heart and she's crushed it, that's why he's gone. The sudden unexplained death, this is the explanation!"
"Your going to be late for school."
Henry let out a big sigh. Why wouldn't she believe him? It was so frustrating, the explanation was clear, why wouldn't she except it?
"Fine, but you know I'm right."
"Henry it just doesn't make sense, why would she kill him?"
"Because you kissed him."
"Henry!"
"What? You did! Graham came to me and told me that he remembered, he remembered when you kissed him. Plus kissing him in the street wasn't very discrete."
Emma had to wipe the shock of look off her face, she kept forgetting how smart the kid is. Quickly fumbling for something to say so she could stop being embarrassed she replied:
"Why are you telling me all this?"
"Why won't you just believe me? Graham did and now he's gone! The one person in this town that didn't think I'm crazy and I've lost him, all because of my mom. If you would just listen to me, try and believe me maybe you would understand. But no one will. I thought you were different Emma."
Henry ran off to the school bus upset. It was so frustrating for him, he knew this was true, he just knew it.
