In another world the Doctor finished saying "Rose Tyler, I love you."

In another world the Doctor didn't leave her on Bad Wolf Bay.

In another world Bad Wolf made Rose immortal.

In another world the Doctor went with Rose to the other world.

In another world 9 never died.

But in the real world none of that happened.
