Seiya's Lament
It has been so long since I've seen the stars of home. The stars are not the same on Earth as they are on home. But I cannot return, not until I find you. Kakyuu, my princess, where are you? Your scent is everywhere yet I cannot see you. I have been drifting, wandering through space. It has been many moons since she came to our world, Galaxia, the one who destroyed our existence. Forced you into exile, away from all you loved. Now we three stars search for you. We have gone willingly into exile to find you, to bring you back and heal our world, devastated by her. I can picture it now, your smiling face, your fire-red hair, your scent...it all seems to fade with each passing second. Do you remember it, our star, Kinmoku? Remember how we talked of a better life for our people? We can still make it a reality, you and I. I look into the locket that hangs around my neck, a reminder of our life before the death and destruction of Galaxia. Your scent, your hope, your dreams...it is all enveloped within this shiny golden container of you. It is all I have left of you, of Kinmoku. I hope to find you on this Earth. Could this Serenity of Earth, could she be you? She seems so much like you. She loves all and is determined to save everyone, no matter how evil. But still, she isn't you. Her aura is so different, so much brighter and full of moonshine. Could she help us? Does she know where you are, Princess? Galaxia is near, we, your three stars, can feel it. Is it because you are here? Or is she not done with her reign of destruction? Serenity and her soldiers are fighting, but they cannot hold out forever. Soon they will die like so many of our kinsmen did on Kinmoku. Earth will become a dead planet, the people full of hate. Yet, somehow I feel I must believe in Serenity's power. That it may overcome Galaxia's evil. That her reign of death will end and Serenity will defeat her. But what good would it do if you are dead? We do not know if you still live, Princess. Please give us a sign, to know that Galaxia has not claimed you yet. For we remain, ever searching, your three stars: Healer, Maker, and most of all Fighter....
