Miley was up in Jackson's room using his computer to type up a report when she needed to erase a word on the draft copy. She started looking through the drawers for an eraser when she came across what looked to be an old letter. Interested by the find and being the nosy person she was she took it out and began to read.
Jackson,
I know we said we wouldn't be together because it would hurt Miley but I wanted you to tell you I'm in love with you too. I never planned on telling you but because you poured out your heart to me in the letter you gave me before you left for college I thought you deserved to know. The truth is I've liked you since I was 14, you always made me laugh and were great company when Miley was busy being Hannah, you are also the only one who really understands what it's like to live in Hannah's shadow. How many hours did we spend talking about anything and everything when Miley wasn't around? How many nights did I stay after 'Hannah' had left to spend the night talking and laughing with you? I'm really going to miss you. I'm sure you're going to find yourself a pretty college girl and I'll probably find myself a high school boyfriend one of these days. Despite our lives taking different paths leading us away from each other I'll never forget that you were my first kiss, or that special night I lost my virginity to you. I don't regret any of it, in fact I couldn't have asked for a more amazing guy to share those moments with. You were the first guy that told me I was beautiful but more importantly you made me believe it.
