She stood as the night air rustled her hair running it's icy fingers over the bare skin of her neck and face. She stared down in icy horror at the stone that she was standing before, and she willed it with all her might just to be a dream. She had never been one to look back but she kept seeing her father's face of just a week ago smiling at her, and the voice that kept calling her, calling to her, 'Peacecraft.' as if it echoed through her every being.

A silent tear fell down her face how could you leave me father? How could I have been so careless?

"Oh Daddy" she whispered and she let herself cry. She felt a hand on her shoulder and realized there had been someone there behind her for quite a while. The boy gathered the stricken reminisce of the young girl, gathered them up into an embrace, and placed a single white rose in her freezing hand. She didn't even look up just held onto the rose tight and tried not to cry in front of him.

He let the girl go and held her at arms length to turn her around. She looked at the ground afraid to meet his gaze, he would never cry, he'd think her a fool. How dare he come and disturb her mourning. She turned her gaze to the rose; she stared as if transfixed by its beauty. Then she felt the tears well up again but this time she didn't fight them, But let them fall. a drop hit the rose and it was as if the rose was covered in a fine dew.

The boy raised a finger and lifted her chin up to him but she still couldn't meet his gaze, he brought his finger to wipe a tear glistening on her cheek, and then he pulled her in and held her close.

Peacecraft.

Oh Daddy she thought as she cried silently into his shoulder, why did you have to leave me?

She let her arms slip around his strong form, as she turned to look at the grave. "Peace" she whispered to no one in particular "I fight for an end to this destruction" And he smiled down at her, she seemed so grown up nothing like the whiney girl he had met so long ago.

And the wind blew around the couple standing in the cold, and the icy fingers no longer sought her warm skin as they walked off Relina never looking back, she knew what she was fighting for, Her father's memory, Peace. ________________________________________________________
