One day I woke up and started to get ready for school. It was an A day, which meant that I had to go at eight instead of nine. I got out of bed, did my business in the bathroom, and proceeded to get dressed in my room. Took all of my stuff from B day out of my backpack and replaced it with the books for A days. When I left my room, it was around 7:40ish and I was about ready to leave the house. I checked the kitchen table to make sure, I wasn't forgetting anything and remembered at the last minute to grab the book I was reading at the moment "The Mark of Athena". I looked in my room and the kitchen, but couldn't seem to find it. Distraught, I figured I must have left it at my school the day before. I got into the car to go, still fairly upset, and arrived there about 10 minutes later. After I got out of my mom's car I walked toward the usual meet up place, where me and my friends talk for a few minutes in the morning. I got there a little bit late, so I was the last one to arrive that day. Kerry, Monica, Valeria, Ariana, Abby, and Jessie were all standing around and talking when I walked up. I stood next to Jessie, and was about to deliver the bad news about the missing book when someone from behind poked me on the shoulder. I turned around, and there he was. A boy about my age, three inches taller, lean, and tan skin. He had curly dark brown brown hair, that came in waves all around his face, and a cute babyish face. I pulled Jessie's arm to make her turn around too, and he smiled mischievously at the both of us. "Precious baby Leo," we both said at the same time. Leo's deep brown eyes sparkled and he said with a goofy grin on his face, "You ladies want the scrawny? Because I got the scrawny. Everybody who has any common sense is on Team Leo." We both started crying about precious baby Leo becoming real and both gave him a long hug. "Leo, we love you so much" I said. "Baby Leo, you aren't alone you have people who care about you." said Jessie. He looked at us a little sadly and then broke into a crooked grin, took out a permanent marker and wrote Team Leo on both of our hands. "I won't ever forget you two, alright?" he told us in a solemn voice. He vanished with a burst of flame and returned to the book he came from. "The Mark of Athena" hit the ground with a thud, and we both knew that we would always treasure the day we got to see precious baby Leo in real life.
