Jack headed to the place where he knew that the Protector of Dreams will be. And she was, preparing for work. It was eight p.m. and she had dreams to deliver.

She smiled when she looked at Jack, who also put a big grin on his face. In last couple of years he and the blonde guardian became very close.
One of his biggest joys was making her happy. And sometimes her laughter seemed more delightful than anything.
Even than children's laughter.

He would never admit that. What would other guardians, protectors of children, think about him if they ever knew? And most important, what would Punzie think? She was the person who saw him first. Jamie wasn't the first one to truly believe. It was her. And that gave him a reason to love her even more.
After all, Man in the Moon had to see this happening. And he still chose Jack to be a guardian. Jack had to be honest with himself - he never felt like 100% of a guardian. In fact, most of the time he would forget about it. But he also became more responsible about, well, everything else.

- Jack, are you okay? - Rapunzel's beautiful face was covered in worry and he knew that he got too deep in thoughts again. Again. Before Punzie he would rarely think about really important things. But when she came, he became much more reliable and started to actually think about things.
- Doing fine. - said Jack with a slight smile on his face. It wasn't time for too deep talks. Punzie still had a couple of continents to deliver dreams to.
- If you say so. - she gave him another worried look and started creating dreams.

She often thought about how she found her center. A flashback threw her to the past. Eugene, to the world known as Flynn Rider, took her to the Snuggly Duckling, a pub with cute name and not really cute visitors.

- Haven't any of you ever had a dream? - she shouted at Hook Hand Thug and the rest of his crew, who were just about to kick the bug out of Eugene.

It was the first thing that she told Jack when he asked her about finding her center. At first, he was confused, but she explained him that she was just quoting herself, moving back to the story.
