Notes: Shivisi's pov. Shivisi is a female Kahjiit. She is also the last Dragonborn. Unlike most of her race, she speaks in the first person.
I rolled, coming up with my steel warhammer ready. I wore a full set of steel armor, except for my helmet, which was a Dwarven helmet enchanted with the power of Waterbreathing. I swung my hammer, striking a wolf's neck. The wolf went sprawling to the ground, neck broken from the force of my swing. I spun, swinging out at another wolf. The second wolf went flying, a deep gash torn in its flank from the spike on my hammer. It yelped as it crashed heavily to the ground. An arrow struck the wolf in the side of the head. I spun, striking down the third and final wolf with a quick swing from my hammer. The archer was a Nord woman. She had stripes painted on her face, and she wore a suit of Ancient Nord Armor. She lowered her hunting bow.
"Identify yourself!"
"I am Shivisi."
"Come with me, Shivisi the Khajiit."
As she spoke, the Nord archer woman trained her bow on me again.
"Will you do me the favor of identifying yourself, Nord?"
"Why do you wish to know?"
"I like to know who my friends are."
"Friend? I'm not your friend."
I had been smitten with the Nord since I first saw her.
"Well, allies."
"Fair enough. I suppose you might be my ally. It probably wouldn't hurt anything to tell you my name. I am called Aela the Huntress. You seem like you might be a fine warrior. I will take you to Whiterun. I am a member of The Companions. We live in the mead hall known as Jorrvaskr. That's where I am taking you. I will present you to Kodlak White-Mane. I believe you might have the material in you to be one of us."
As we walked towards Whiterun, we were attacked by a cluster of bandits. Aela drew her sword. She blocked a bandit's axe with her shield, and drove her sword through his leather armor into his chest. She pulled it out, and struck him down with a pair of quick slashes to the throat and chest. I drove the spiked end of my hammer through a bandit's armor. I pulled out the large spike, leaving a gaping hole in the bandit's chest. The bandit cried out in pain, and I slew him with a quick swing from my hammer which connected with his skull. I spun, delivering a quick, powerful strike to another bandit's chest. He went flying from the force of the warhammer's impact. Aela spun, parrying a bandit's steel sword. She slashed her sword across his chest. She dropped him with a quick thrust from her sword. I twirled, swinging my hammer across a bandit's chest. He cried out in pain, and dropped to the ground, dead. When we arrived at Whiterun, Aela led me to a building. We headed inside.
