"Homemade lemon, sour cream base."
Glancing around the place called Chips, Sam demands "Once again, Dean, tell me why we're doing this."
"Because Deacon saved Dad's life."
"What happened to keeping a low profile?"
"Winchesters pay their debts, besides we should be in and out before anyone knows we're there."
"When is our luck ever that good?"
"Don't sweat it. But let's check out the capitol building first."
"Why?"
"Because its guise has been in several movies."
"Why?"
"You'll see," smirks Dean.

A/N The Arkansas capitol building in Little Rock, AR has been used a substitute for our nations capitol in several films including 'Under Siege'
The added challenge of local flavor was mine so I thought I'd try double dipping, a restaurant and a landmark both, after all the guys have already been here (supposedly).
