It all started one summer. She had been dating her boyfriend for 3 years, and her best friend had just moved back to her city. Her life was perfect, or so she thought.
Walking alone on the park one day, she found her boyfriend and her best friend, making out on a bench. Fuming, she went and asked, more like yelled, for an explanation. He broke up with her, left her for her friend. Her best friend, she took him faster than you could say sabotage. She never saw it coming, never, ever would have suspected it, not from the girl she trusted. She underestimated her so called friend. She had to know seeing them together would tear her apart. Why? Why did she do it? Was it because of that little fight they had before she moved? Guess her friend underestimated just who she was stealing from. Because she was Annabeth Chase, she would not let her 'friend' steal her boy and get away with it. Never.
Heads up, Percy Jackson, your new girl, well, she's not a saint. She's so not what you think she is. She's a great actress, actually. Before she moved, she used to be called a slut. But to Annabeth, those were rumors. Guess not. She should have realized how much her friend had changed. The only thing she talked about was hooking up with boys, and how she would do anything to be rich. But Annabeth wouldn't let it go this easily. Soon, the bitch was gonna find out she was not someone to mess with. If she actually knew her well, she should keep in mind there is nothing Annabeth does better than revenge.
She became the popular girl, Percy always by her side. She thinks she's so sophisticated, but sophistication isn't what you wear or who you know. Or pushing people down to get you where you wanna go. Guess her parents didn't teach her that. Well, no amount of vintage dresses gives you dignity.
Look out, boy. She's so not the good girl everybody thinks she is. She's such a good actress. Little does she know, Annabeth might not have Percy, but she always gets the last word.
One day, Rachel Elizabeth Dare would get what she deserved.
