Life with your boyfriend, Joe, wasn't as romantic as it use to be. Joe use to be so sweet to you; he'd give you a bouquet of roses every week, write you beautiful poetry, and take you out to eat a few times a week. Once you started your career as a WWE diva, which meant you had to travel a lot, Joe turned from Prince Charming to the devil.
Whenever you were home, he would beat you up leaving you with black eyes, multiple bruises, and even some broken bones which took you out of action for a few months. You found out that, while you were away, Joe was cheating on you. He was sleeping around and even bragging about it to you, which drove you to almost commit suicide. The only way that you were able to put up with him was your friends in the WWE: particularly John Cena. Whenever you felt the urge to kill yourself, you'd call John and he'd calm you down and remind you of why you shouldn't pursue the act.
One day, you just decided that enough was enough. You packed up all your stuff while Joe was at work and just left without leaving any indication that you were gone. You called John and told him that you were leaving and asked if you could stay with him 'till you found out what to do and he said yes instantly. When you got to his house (you lived just a few blocks away), John gave you a tight hug and you just cried in his shirt.
Once you got settled, you told John that you hadn't received any calls from Joe since you left and you didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing. John said that it was a good thing and that you could start a new life without any interference from him. You agreed and said that he was probably just focusing on his multiple mistresses which made John just shake his head in disapproval. You would sit on the couch for hours just crying in John's arms and you would end up falling asleep there with him still holding you.
One Monday after Raw was finished, you and John went back to the hotel room that you shared and you suddenly heard music coming from John's ipod. You recognized the song as Gary Allan's "The One", a song that you'd only heard once since you weren't that into country music. When the song finished, John sat next to you on one of the beds and said, "That song says what I want to tell you in person, but am too chicken 'cause I don't want you to run off. Will you let me show you that I'm the one for you, Hailey?"
You were crying at this point, but you managed to whisper, "Yes." before giving John what would be a suffocating hug if he weren't so strong.
"I promise that I won't ever hurt you like Joe did. I love you too much to do something so heartless." John whispered as you pulled away slightly. You and him both leaned in for a kiss that turned from gentle and timid, to deep and passionate. You were on cloud nine at that moment on and just ten months after y'all got together, he proposed to you live on Raw after beating Randy Orton for the WWE title. Of course, you said yes and you and John were together forever.
