"I love you Nate Archibald

Always have Always will"

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Blair Waldorf never lies, no everything she says is true, but it's the underlining that really matters. And this was no exception. She will always love Nate, in whatever way he needs her to. She will love him as a brother, a friend, a lover, a boyfriend or a husband and she always will. And as the minister ques her to say "I do" and as she becomes Blair Archibald she can't help but think that they that owe each other a real chance, not this twisted mess, but she says "I do" anyway because she is broken and he is the only one who can save her this time.

She loves him. And he loves her. It doesn't matter that their love is old. No, love never ages, never shrinks, your heart just grows to fit more. They both now that as they look at each other that this will be the first of many weddings for both of them. They don't mind though because they always knew it would start with Nate and Blair but end nowhere near.

This is the wedding they have been planning for a lifetime. Not a flower out of place. The bride's maids all have sappy smiles on and everyone who is anyone is there, in the middle of New York watching young love at it's finest. The dress fits Blair like a glove; Nate's suit stands out crisp agents all have the white and pink. All of there family is looking on at them with proud smiles. The gusts are jealous of the love they share. And yet this, the one thing they have left, it the last thing they truly want but the one thing they truly need.

They both now they are leaving many broken hearts in there wake, including there own, but they don't care, No, all they see is each other and the simple fact that they both need healing and the only way to fix them self's to fix each other. They have to start from the beginning where love started, where it got destroyed. So they seek comfort in the comfortable, boring, love they share. Because Chuck hurt her too much and he still cant get long blond hair out of his head even years later and he knows Vanessa deserves more. Sometimes they like to think that it's because they are meant to be, that they came back to each other but they know the truth. That they abused and neglected the love they had, that they will never move on until they show that they can be trusted with the heart of someone else.

Chuck's pleading eyes and Vanessa's tears don't stop them, because they have to finish what they started to finally start something worth starting. And as the minister says till death do you part a single tear falls from Blair's eye because they both know their lying. Because who enters a marriage already planning a divorce?
