Author's Note:

I loved that Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley were together for a long time, and I really wanted to ship them. I also found a song called "Don't Let Me Down" that really fit for this story. I just love the Harry Potter series! They're amazing! Go ahead and read them right now! Find Harry Potter books at your local library. The author's name is J.K. Rowling.

"Crashing. Hit a wall. Right now I need a miracle. Hurry up now. I need a miracle. Stranded. Reaching out. I call your name, but you're not around. I say your name, but you're not around." ~Daya

Harry Potter put his glasses down onto his desk and lay on his bed. Tonight, the Gryffindor team won another Quidditch game again, so Harry slept peacefully, but he remembered, he hasn't gotten the time to spend with Ginny, his ex-girlfriend. They had recently broken up, and Harry wants to heal their hearts back together.

"I need you. I need you. I need you right now. Yeah I need you right now, so don't let me, don't let me, don't let me down. I think I'm losing my mind now." ~Daya

Harry slowly got out of his bed and took his glasses into his hands still not putting them on. He went to the sink to wash his face and slowly walked out of his and Ron's room. Harry started walking faster, and quickly realized that he didn't put on his glasses, so he put them on. It took him a while to find Ginny's room since the dorms were pretty large. He took a deep breath and knocked on her door.

"Hello?" called Ginny. "Oh, it's you Harry." Ginny started closing the door.

"No, Ginny wait!" said Harry. "I missed you."

"I missed you too, but I wasn't the one who tore us apart."

"I'm sorry. It was my entire fault. I was the one who tore us dead apart. I thought you would be safer since Lord Voldemort was after me."

"You're the one who's trying to save me? I would have been safe wherever you are with me! I was happy that I loved you and I was sure the same to you too! But you let me down."

"It's in my head. Darling I hope. That you'll be here when I need you the most, so don't let me, don't let me, don't let me down. D-Don't let me down." ~Daya

"I only tried to protect you! You were in huge danger! I still love you and I'm tired of trying to protect you!"

"I could protect myself! Why does everyone say that girls can't do things on their own?"

"If you wanted that way then fine!"

"Fine!"

Tears came from Ginny's face. Ginny closed her door shut and ran to her bed.

"I still love you Harry Potter," Ginny whispered into her pillow.

"Running, out of time. I really thought you were on my side. But now there's nobody by my side." ~Daya

The next day…

"Uh… Harry?" called Ginny. "I need to have a word with you."

"Sure," said Harry. "Why with me? Aren't you mad at me?"

"No Harry, I'm sad," answered Ginny. "I shouldn't have gotten mad at you. It was all my fault last night."

"All your fault?"

"Yes."

"Hey, I screwed up too."

"Mostly me."

"No, I caused this all to happen. I still love you, you know that?"

"Not really."

"Well, I wanted to say that, so if you need anything, I'm in my room, okay?"

"Wait, Harry."

"Yes?"

"I still love you too."

"You do?"

"Yes, and I'm not going to regret this."

Ginny pulled Harry in close and their lips touched softly. The kiss was long and memorable. A smile formed on Harry's lips.

"I love you Ginny," said Harry.

"I love you too Harry," replied Ginny.

"Don't let me down." ~Daya
