AN - This is a oneshot of Regina telling Henry off after she saves Snow and Emma.
Regina watched as Henry hugged his family, tears running down her face. Having enough of watching them Regina started the walk back to her lonely, empty house. As she was about half way, Regina heard her name being called.
" Mum, hey .. I just wanted to say thanks for saving Emma and Snow ".
" Henry you know I would do anything for you … right"
" Yh, but your evil and you can't change that "
Regina having heard enough, grabbed Henry by the sleeve and dragged him towards Granny's diner. Pushing him lightly onto the chair. Hearing the shouts of Emma and Snow, Regina told them to be quiet.
" Henry, I get you are angry with me and I understand … I do. But you have to understand that I am your mother and I raised you for 11 years and you talking to me like that is not how I raised you. Do you understand"?
" Yes ma'am"
" Now Henry, talk to me, help me understand how I can fix this"
" You can't. You made me think I was mad, you sent me to Archie, knowing this whole time I was right."
" And what do you think would happen had I told you that you were right, Henry. People would think I was mad for believing in you. You don't understand how proud I was when you found out but you were my son and I wanted it to stay that way. What good did that do, you left anyway. I tried to make you feel normal … I knew one day you would see that things weren't normal, but I wanted to tell you .. I would have liked the chance. But even with all of that I never thought you would hate me because I adopted you. You don't even understand how much you hurt me, Henry .. to have you hate me because I wanted a son."
Henry started crying, hearing his mum say he hated her .. changed him. He never thought that's how he came across, he just wanted her to learn that being evil is bad.
" I'm sorry mummy, I just wanted you to be good. I miss you so much"
Henry got out of his seat and walked over to her mother. Sitting down on her lap and started hugging her.
"Mummy, can I come home please"
" Always, my little prince"
Regina knew that even though Henry wanted to come home, they still had a lot to work through. Wrapping her arm around him Regina and Henry started walking back to the mansion. Regina saw the Charming's and Emma looking at them with shock on her face. Emma recovering first smiled at her and pulled the Charming's into Granny's.
