Chapter 1
There was blood everywhere. The five Death Dealers walked slowly with caution through the narrow corridor covered in blood and guts.
"Those damned animals will pay for this!" one of them said, leaning his G36E assault rifle against his shoulder.
Another Dealer walked past him, possibly their leader and skimmed through the scenery "The Lycans didn't to this Daveth." He said, almost whispering.
The four looked at him surprised at the news.
"How do you know it wasn't the Lycans, Malius?"
"Look. Silver bullets are dented all over this place and yet not a single Lycan casualty… This is the work of a creature neither bat nor wolf… but Hybrid, a monster with the strengths of both species and weakness of neither-"
Almost instantaneously a large, black figure crashed through the walls of the corridor and disemboweled Daveth like hot knife through butter. Malius jumped back, just barely dodging the attacker's swipe. The four Death Dealers took a step back and gazed at the creature.
He was tall, probably 7 feet in length. His skin was pale black with veins visible underneath. The Creature razed its arms showing his huge talon-like claws and those pitch-black eyes.
"Hybrid" Malius quietly whispered. The Hybrid then screeched like a bat before transitioning into an almost-lion like roar.
A Death Dealer opened fire but he was too fast and strong, the Hybrid charged at the Vampire and decapitated his head in one quick motion, so fast not even the blood spilled out until the very last moment. The Creature then jumped high and through the ceiling.
The remaining three Dealers raised their rifles and began firing above blindly. All was quiet.
"We need to leave immediately and warn the covena-" a long yet muscular arm rammed through the ceiling and grabbed the Death Dealer by the neck and pulled him up out of visibility, he was still screaming until blood dripped from the bullet holes above and was silent. The Hybrid attacked again and jumped down on the second vampire tearing his body into four. Malius was the only remaining Death Dealer. He caught eye with the Hybrid. Malius screeched in an intimidating way but the foe he was dealing with could not be frightened or threatened. In a last ditch effort Malius emptied his rifle and unleashed a hailing rain of bullets.
"What the fuck…" Malius quietly said to himself.
He swore at least a dozen rounds hit the Hybrid's face. The ruthless beast screamed in pain but quickly regained senses when the bullet holes in his cruel, demonic-looking visage healed in seconds. However Malius was nowhere in sight.
Author's Notes: Hi guys this is the first fan fiction I have ever published via interwebz , also I'm not really the greatest of writers so excuse me if the story sounds a lil' 'off'.
