A Very Viera Mishap

/"Oh where have all the good men gone..."/

Loic sat in a different kind of tavern this evening. The kind with dancers you're supposed to pay to stare at. Loic never had to pay. He'd grown bored quickly of the girls and their what had to be extremely uncomfortable outfits and was listening in on the debate going on at the next table.

"I'm just sayin', we see the chicks everywhere but-" "The hell do you care for, you a fag now or what?!" Chortles erupted for a moment, then was silenced by the gyrations of a viera dancer who'd wandered by. "Say Bunnay, answer our homo buddy's issue." "Yes, gentlemen..." she purred in response. "We...ell, uh, where are all ur menfolk? Yuh gotta make da babies somehow, am I right?" "Hm. The million gil question. Yes, we do have males. They live away from us and are far more violent and anti-social." "Don't see how they could stay away from those bods, sweet-cheeks!" Gawfaws exploded forth again as one of the men slapped her behind, rewarding them with an icy glare and change of dancers. Loic took his leave of the place.

It was surprising that such dullards could form such a question, even more so that they'd gotten a credible answer. Perhaps it was worth investigating. He'd never thought about the topic of male viera before, but now it had piqued his curiosity.

Off to Golmore jungle her went. He traveled for hours before finally ferreting out their village. It was pathetically simple for him to pluck one away and make his way out without being noticed.

He bound the rightfully upset man-rabbit and leaned him against the tree branch he'd stopped on, far from the forest floor. "Now, what to do with such a 'rare' prize?" As he pondered this, the male viera struggled in his bonds, teetering on the branch. Loic's eyes wandered away as he debated his next coarse of action. "Perhaps I sell you... No, that's low even for me. Maybe I'll just charge people to see you... Oh shit."

The viera toppled from his perch and fell to the ground 150 feet below. The fall was surprisingly not fatal, but monsters immediently fell upon the man, devouring him in seconds. Nothing was left. "Damn. Oh well." Instead of going back to get a replacement, he decided it was too much trouble and left.
