Before cable was a world wide sensation and hair products were even discovered and life was simple, set aside the grueling work that burned you to the bone and made you wish you hadn't woke up this morning and the tasteless slop that you mother served you for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you couldn't excuse your self from the table because you didn't want to hurt her feelings and…. Oh, wait am I getting off topic? Anyway, life was simpler than it was know.
The story im about to tell you takes place in the times of Medieval, or Medieval times as some like to call it, when there was no such thing as T.V. or video games and candy and stuff like that. And everyone was…
Oh, forget it! This happened a long time ago.
In a land far away, where magic was real and fairies chatted and gossiped, and fire breathing dragon roamed the world for prey,
There was a Majestic kingdom known as, Cul-Da-Sackia. The people of,
As previously stated, Cul-Da-Sackia were merry and kind without a care in the world. They were ruled by a mighty king who was brave and bold. All was fine, that is, until one dark day. On this terrible day, the sky was blue and the sun was shining. The citizens were filled to the brim with pure joy.
But then, it happened!
A cloud as black as coal cast a dark shadow over the merry land, blocking out the sun. Lighting flashed and struck the land destroying all
Life with each crash. A swarm of ravens came down from the sky and attacked, pecking and tearing flesh fro the citezens. But that was just
Half of it. Under the death cloud came a swarm of creatures of the dark, whose appearance was so hideous that some people DIED just
looking at them. Leading the army was a foul woman, known by many
names. The queen of darkness, the Witch queen, the mistress of all
Evil. But she was known by a name that everyone spoke in fear of.
The Raven Queen.
She was the daughter of Sark, the god of darkness. Being a daughter of
a god gave her extraoindinay powers, making her the most feard and
and hated person in all of Cul-Da-Sackia. She lead her army forward,
determined to take the land for her own. A great battle was fought
and although the troops of the Crown fought bravely, they were soon
over powered by the monsters of Hades. When chances looked bleak
or the kingdom, the servants of the church prayed to the gods to stop
his madness. The gods answered they're prayer and came down from
he heavens in forms that represented their elements and fought a
eadly battle with the Raven Queen. While they could easily destroy
er they chose not too. You see, the gods had a treaty, and the treaty
tated that if a child of the gods was killed by another god, the treaty
ould be broken and the world of the gods would be plunged into
ar and the gods would be unable to answer the prayers of their
orshipers. Sadly, the gods did not kill the Raven Queen, but the did
ause her and her army to retreat. Many weeks later, the land was
ivided into two groups, The Valley of peace, where Castle
Cul-Da-Sackia resided, and The Mountains of Hades. The highest of the
mountains was called Raven Peak where the Castle of the Raven Queen
was perched high atop the peaks. The land was plunged into war
between the two sides. But one day, the servants of the church
received a prophecy from the Gods;
Three boys will rise to
Vanquish the darkness,
And only with unity can
The land be at peace once more.
But for years, the prophecy was never fulfilled.
Until, one day.
