"I just don't understand what we did wrong", said Ron. "Give it a rest, Ron; the letter didn't say we were in trouble", implied Hermione. "But Dumbledore may have found out that Lavender and I were making out under the invisibility cloak last night". "YOU WHAT!" shouted Harry. "Hey, you always hog the cloak like it's yours".
"It IS mine"! Great, Harry thought, now I need to disinfect the cloak. "How about we just read the letter again", said Hermione, trying to get both boys to shut up. She read the mystery letter out loud.
Dear Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger
You are to meet in the Transfiguration Classroom after dinner. DO NOT be late!

"What is this about?" asked Harry. "Isn't it obvious?" said Hermione, "it has something to do with Voldemort". As they walked into the Transfiguration Classroom, they had found that she was wrong. About ten other students were sitting in the desks. Harry spotted Neville Longbottom, Ginny Weasley, Cho Chang (Harry's heart felt funny), and, to Harry's displeasure-
"Well look who it is, Potty, Weasel, and Mudblood", snorted Draco Malfoy. Harry and Ron had a right mind to punch the little slime ball, but Professor Dumbledore, accompanied by Professor McGonagall and Professor Snape, walked into the room. "Welcome", said Dumbledore, "you all must be wondering why you all are here". A slight murmur of agreement arose. "I'm pleased to announce that you thirteen have been chosen to visit New York City in America"! The people in the room began talking excitedly. "Settle down, settle down", said Dumbledore with a smile on his face, "this is happening because I want you to culture of The United States of America. "We were also lucky enough to book rooms at the fabulous Plaza Hotel"! The people in the room looked like they were about to burst. "We will leave via Knight Bus tomorrow, so please get packed". "Have a good night."
