Chapter 1
Hello Jenny. Watching movies again I see." I say walking into her tiny room. "Duh, do you even know what I am watching Tess!?" she replied. "No," I said simply and jumped on top of her bed. She just turned from the screen for a split second and glared at me. "It's the legendary movie from a separate dimension! They called it zombieland! I am in love!" Jenny yelped almost as if in a daze. "Ah, the "legendary" zombieland. That's a new one." I laughed sarcastically. "Hey, how did you even get that? We are all way too poor to afford that!" I asked curiously. Jenny leaned in and whispered," A vampire lent it to me," she blushed.
"Jenny! No! You can't fall in love with a vampire! It's against the rules! You will be executed! Please!" I yelped. "SHHH!"Jenny put her index finger to her mouth. "I can't help love, okay!" she blushed even more. "I care way too much for you! You can't just throw your life away for a vampire! I'mahalfbloodedvampiremyself!" I yelped out of breath. "Wait, what was the last thing you said? You started ranting and i couldn't understand." Jenny asked me looking serious. "Oh, just my father, um, died because they assumed he was a vampire." I said sweating.
"Oh, well, I'm sorry about your dad." Jenny said. "Jenny, just tell me who this vampire is." I asked. "Jase. It's Jase." Jenny said looking away. I could tell she was embarrassed. Jase was really cute to be honest. He had blood-red eyes like every other vampire. However, he had gorgeous blonde hair. If you ever saw him, you would pass out from his hottness. Well, I'm not like that, and neither are my friends.
A long time ago, like really long ago, Jase and I were really good friends. We liked each other, but that didn't last in middle school. I was poor, he was crazy rich. All the rich vampire girls fell for him, and he fell for them. Leaving me all alone on the side of the road. That was a long time ago though, so i'm fine now. I couldn't tell anyone about my huge secret because then everyone would be after my mother and me for the bounty.
"Don't tell anyone please, please!" Jenny pleaded. "Why would I? That would kill you, and like i said, I care way too much." I said hugging Jenny. "Whelp, I am gonna go for a walk to stark bills." I said grabbing my bag. "Ok bye," Jenny called out while I walked out her door. I was peacefully walking down the sidewalk when to super strong hands pinned me against the closest brick wall in super speed. When my vision cleared, I saw the same blood-red eyes i looked in as a child.
