A/N: This is my first publish. It's a one-shot I wrote at school when I was bored.

Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter or any of its characters.

I let out a deep sigh and stopped writing, sure there were no mistakes in my test. It was easier than I had thought it would be, but I had spent an awful lot of time on it. After several minutes of checking my work, I looked down at my watch. Five minutes left. I rushed my checking when I noticed a stirring in front of me.

He had finished his test already and was lounging in his chair at his ease, tilting it back on two legs. He ran his fingers through his dark hair, which fell into his eyes with casual elegance. I looked up at him hopefully, though he didn't seem to have noticed. It was pointless. He would never notice me.

His hair fell perfectly towards his shoulders and his long, thin fingers ran smoothly through the silk-like mane. He leaned back and arched his back, stretching, his hands a few inches from my face, almost brushing the tip of my nose. His hair fell gracefully on top of my table, and I watched in amazement, forgetting about everything else. For a brief moment there was only me and the insanely beautiful creature before my eyes. As he straightened back up, he left a single strand of hair standing out on the white sheets of paper. It took me a few seconds to snap out of my trance and find the strand that got lost from the others. I picked it up carefully and examined it between my fingers. It shone brightly and so did my eyes under the near midday lights. For him, I had the exact same meaning as this strand of hair: it was just another one in the middle of many, never to be noticed or missed, small and worthless.

I closed my eyes just took in his scent. He smelled amazing, like he always did. His perfume intoxicated me and made me forget everything, even my greatest worries. It was the perfect smell for the perfect boy.

Time was up, we would be turning in our papers. I snapped back into reality. He passed me without even looking at my direction. I let out a deep sigh and wondered when he would finally notice my existence. Oh, why did I have to fall for you, of all boys in this school? I watched him gracefully make his way out of the Great Hall. It was incredible how he could stand out amongst so many people. But then, this was Sirius Black.
