"Hey, Ingus!"

Those guys. Firion chuckled to himself, leaning back in his chair at the lunch table. Seriously, what's up with them? Those four. Hardly anyone at Dissidia High could name all four of them, much less remember which was the girl or who had a certain personality. Normally, it wouldn't have been noteworthy. But that was the funny thing. People saw them everywhere. Never just one at a time, nor two or three. If someone saw one of the group, they saw the whole group.

It was weird.

"I have tea and a sandwich!" Refia smiled, holding aloft a fairly standard-looking sandwich and a thermos.

"Me too!" Arc fist-bumped the female quarter of the group, gripping his triangular meal in his other hand.

Ingus nodded slowly, gazing approvingly at his open lunch bag as he pulled out a nearly identical sandwich.

Yep. Even Luneth. Firion shook his head as the boy in the purple shirt withdrew his carbon-copy meal from his bag. After tapping their thermos lids together, they all took drinks of their tea, smiling happily at their toast to whatever it was. Probably to completely identical existences, he noted. He had no quarrel with them, they had barely even ever talked. But they were just odd. Off-putting. There wasn't anything.. wrong with them, really. It just made Firion uncomfortable.

"Hey, did you see the new-"

"Chocobo corral?" Refia interrupted Luneth, who nodded approvingly. "It's so-"

"Large, and the birds look happier than I've ever seen them." Arc smiled, cutting his friend off mid sentence.

"EXACTLY!"

All three of the others. At the same time. Really? It happened more often than he'd have liked to admit. Sometimes it was all four of them. The stars would align, or something, and they'd say the same thing at the exact same time. Just.. what are you?

Hello, all! This one's short, but a little quirky. Rawk and I came up with a great idea, and this is the first seedling of it, if you will. Expect to learn more about why the cast of III is a bit.. odd. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it, and remember that feedback is always welcomed!
