I tried to forget, but I couldn't.
I couldn't just forget the one person in my life that brightened my day that....made me care, made my heart feel something.
Made me love.
I couldn't just forget that.
And yet I was being forced to. Forced to forget the memories.
The ones that kept me going everyday.
I had to forget.
It would be too painful not to.
My already broken heart would shatter to pieces, unable to be fixed.
But I can't forget.
Impossible.
The sun was leaving my life.
Now it was cold, frosty,icy-unbearable.
Just like it had been before.
But now it was worse.
Losing something you loved.
And expected to forget.
Tears poured down my face as I gently rested a letter on the grave.
