Harvey turned his back to the elevator, his eye catching Mike through the glass. The boy's blue orbs expelled a tear of disappointment. Not only for the fact that Donna had just been fired but also of both Harvey and her actions. Mike knew mistakes were rare from Donna, but the decision to destroy evidence was in fact illegal and she knew it. As for Harvey, he was meant to be the hero, the one that fixes the worst of situations at the nick of time. But this time he didn't. He couldn't. As Harvey rounded the bend towards his office Mike caught up to him, their foot steps in sync as they headed to Harvey's office in silence. Harvey passed Donna's desk with out even a glance, he didn't want to deal with those emotions, not in front of Mike, he knows he already looked like he was about to cry anyway; that's the most emotion anyone will ever see. Besides he had a reputation to maintain. Harvey entered his office readying himself to get back into work, he wasn't actually busy but he ought to pretend to be just to get Mike of his back. He knew the puppy was going to ask questions. Questions he could not to bare to answer right now. "Why are you following me Mike, it's eleven, you can go home". Mike's brows furrowed, "Har…" he began but Harvey cut him off, "Not now Mike". Maybe it was the events from the pass few days, or maybe even since working at Pearson Hardman, but he was pissed off. For some reason, he was pissed off. Suddenly, the disappointment he felt before was replaced by Anger. His breathing became heavier, his eyes wide with Anger. However all this fury was not noticed by Harvey. Maybe because he was buried in a folder, but Mike knew he was pretending. He slammed the folder down from Harvey's hand and onto the desk so he could look him in the eye. However Harvey's eyes just kept staring at the same spot. "You said you would fix it" Mike asked, almost yelling. He waited for a answer but Harvey remained silent. Harvey should be giving it to Mike right now, no one was allowed to talk to him like that, but all the energy in him was drained. He figured giving Mike the silent treatment will just frustrate the kid more and shorten his currently unwanted presence in his office. But the puppy kept pressing. "Are you that self centered and obsessed with yourself that you are happy to just let Donna go, without a fight?". Mike was yelling now, his voice echoing off the walls of the office. Harvey turned around in his chair to face the windows, absorbing the city view. Although it was late, there were still some people around the office, and Mike's behavior attracted some quick glances. "You are pathetic" said Mike and with that he stormed out of Harvey's office. Harvey let a sigh of relief and a quick smirk. "Press it where it hurts, good boy" he said under his breath as a single tear trickled down his face.

Mike was pedaling on his bike as he headed home. The light drizzle of rain damped his suit and cooled him down. He knew Harvey wasn't a self obsessed ass, and most definitely wasn't pathetic. He was the great Harvey Specter that got a drug dealer with no degree a job as a lawyer in one of the best firms in New York. However, he was angry, and in the heat of the moment he couldn't not say anything.

Harvey opened the door to his condo. Grabbed the best whiskey he owned, took a strong gulp and continued towards his bedroom. He collapsed onto his bed, and that's when then sobs came. He cried tear after tear whilst tightly gripping his blanket until he finally fell asleep.
