„Oh, Hey Mulder. Come on in. You're early" Scully said and closed the door behind him.
„Yeah...am I interrupting?" Mulder asked.
„No, not at all. I just wanted to take a shower before you came..."
„No need for it, Scully. You look fine." He said with a small smile.
„Okay...thanks" Scully said, quietly.
„I brought beer and iced tea"
„Good. What are we going to eat?"
„I don't know. What do you want?" Mulder asked her.
„What do you want?"
„Pizza" They said in unison.
Mulder sat down on the couch and watched Scully, as she disappeared in the kitchen. He looked to the left and saw a plush toy on the couch beside him. He took it and chuckled. It was an alien, a green one.
„They're grey" Mulder said as Scully came back into the livingroom.
„What?"
„Aliens...they are grey. This one is green" He said and held up the plush toy. Scully blushed and rushed to the couch.
„That's mine!" She said and took it away from him. He chuckled.
„You're blushing" He told her. Scully shoved him playfully on the chest.
„Ouch! That hurt!" He whined.
„I hope it did"
„Since when do you have that...green...alien?" He asked somewhat interested.
„Umm...since today"
„And where did you get it from?"
„I got it from...someone"
„Someone?"
„Yeah...a little girl. A friend of the family. My mom knows her very well, I don't." She told him.
„What's her name?"
„Sarah. I think she found out that I'm working on the x-files... therefor the alien" She said, smiling slightly.
„What's its name?" Mulder asked after a while
„What? You mean the plush toy's name?" Scully said and let out a laugh.
„Yeah..."
„Are you serious?"
„I'm serious" He just said.
„But I don't-" She began but Mulder interrupted her.
„Yes, you do. This alien has got a name."
„Why do you think that?"
„I honestly don't know..."
„Spooky"
„Huh?"
„Spooky. The name is Spooky..."
„Huh?"
„SPOOKY"
„Huh?"
„S P O O K Y"
„Okay, okay I got it. SPOOKY!...Why Spooky?"
„Why not?" She just asked. He shrugged.
„I thought it was cute" She told him.
„Where is it going to sleep?"
„What? You mean the plush toy? Umm...I don't know...probably in my bed."
„You want Spooky in your bed?"
„Yeah, maybe. It's childish but I don't know...it's kinda cute." She said and giggled.
There was a knock on the door, Scully went to the door and returned with a big pizzabox in her hands. Mulder smiled.
„I didn't even know that you called the pizzaman already"
„Well, I did" She said and sat down beside him again.
„Do you want to watch a movie?" Scully asked. Mulder nodded.
„And which one?"
„I don't know. Maybe there's a good one on tv" He said and turned on the tv.
„Stop. That's -The Fly- It's pretty good and it just started." Scully said.
„You like -The Fly- ? I've never seen it before but I heard something about it and-"
„Shh! It's a science-fiction movie. I'm sure you'll like it!"
„Ohh...okay."
They enjoyed watching the movie together and eating their pizza. When the movie ended, Scully was snuggled up to Mulder, who held her close and stroked her hair. Sully held her plush alien in her hands. Mulder realized something.
„You know, Scully. Now you don't have one Spooky in your bed but two Spookys on your couch"
