Klaus sat at the bar drinking a bottle of scotch words could not express how depressed he was. He then caught sight of an all too familiar young man Jeremy Gilbert he was surprised that the boy took a seat beside him and with no fear or hesitation. "You're a brave one aren't you?" Klaus was somewhat amused.

"No I just don't care wither I live or die anymore." Jeremy took out a fake I.D. and yelled for the bartender. "Hey what can I get here that will get me drunk the fastest?"

"Vodka." The Bartender shouted back.

"I'll take it." Jeremy seemed to be itching for a drink.

"Careful from what I hear your ancestor was quite the drunk in his time." Klaus couldn't help but chuckle.

"Like I care nothing matters any more not without her. Which is ironic considering what my ancestor did to her." Jeremy was not making an effort to hide his grief.

"Who Bonnie?" Klaus found himself disinterested at the prospect of Jeremy moping over girl trouble.

"No this girl I knew a vampire named Anna or Annabelle. She died then I got too be with her again as a ghost. Only after that my bitch of a sister no cousin decided it wasn't right and I couldn't be with a ghost because my love wasn't real." The angered Jeremy started shaking the glass of vodka before chugging the whole glass.

Klaus started chuckling "Yeah love is like that it can be the worst feeling or the most exquisite and once it's gone it may never come back." Klaus then started to look at his own glass with a sad look on his face similar to the one Jeremy had about Anna. "Want my advice?"

Jeremy just scoffed at him. "Yeah sure shoot."

Klaus's voice immediately became harsh and cruel. "Stop acting like a little whiny bitch."

Jeremy shot a look of bewilderment at him. "Excuse me?"

"You heard me if you want my advice do what I did when Tatia the first woman I loved died. Act like everything's fine even when you if you feel like dying inside. Not because it's honorable not because the alternative makes you look weak but because it's the only way to honor the person you loved because acting like a pathetic drunk is the worst thing you can do for this Anna."

Jeremy couldn't believe what he was hearing. "So… so what I'm supposed to just fake it act like nothing's wrong even though I want to tear into everyone's skin?"

"If that's what you want to call it Jeremy I call it being man." Klaus pored himself a glass of vodka.
