I am looking for a story where snape helps Harry. I believe it starts with a letter to Father Christmas and an owl delivers it to snape. Harry is not in hogwarts yet. Severus and Harry write back and forth and Severus even gives him a necklace to wear. Finally Harry writes to snape I believe telling him his name and snape does the same think but the owl is hit by lightening in a storm and the letter never makes it. When Harry gets to hogwarts snape sees the necklace.
