What shall be done?

Feign insanity (if it is really feigned)
Take a cruise to England
Hold off your revenge a hundred lines or so
And speak to a skull in the graveyard.
The poison of living is as deadly as hemlock
(ask your dad; he'd know)
Yet, stall your death a thousand lines or so

What shall be done?

Talk to yourself for half the show
And speak daggers to the rest.
Prepare to kill
(but not King Claudius)
And soliloquize some more

Rosy Rosencrantz and beguiling Guildenstern
On their merry way to England
While you befriend a pirate crew
Yet Claudius remains on your father's throne beside your mom,
Laertes waits with poisoned foils and while you foil your plans

To be or not to be?
Brevity's the soul of wit,
Yet this play's four hours long from all your
...Endless
...Dragging
...Self-addressed
...Speeches
But stall and delay another hour or so
'cause when Hamlet finally takes revenge
It's too late to save our Denmark friends
Only one survivor left to tell the tale.

Of course, there's the moral of this tragedy:
Norway conquers all.

A/N: For the Endless, dragging, etc. part, my computer wouldn't let me indent. It's supposed to be a staircase looking form. However, I cannot battle my computer and hope to win, so it's poet 0, computer 1. Argh.
I wrote this for my English class Hamlet project and read it to the class. My teacher fell in love with it and is prompting me to send it into two poetry contests and is putting it in our school's Folio magazine. I don't know why or how this happened. The projects were called "Omelette Projects", so in the spirit of them... check the title.
