Warriors: Rusty

Every cat in the whole forest knows about Firestar. How many know about Rusty? Very, very few do. That's why I'm here to tell you about Rusty. I'll tell you from the time he was born to the time he went into the forest.

WARRIORS: RUSTY

CHAPTER ONE

Every cat in the forest knows about the great Firestar. Not many people know about Rusty, though. Rusty was Firestar's kittypet name. When Rusty was born, he had one sister, Princess. The housefolk gave them to other people when they were about six weeks old.

Rusty's new housefolk named him Rusty. Rusty loved his housefolk more then anything else at the time. He stayed in his garden and talked to his friend, Smudge. He was always well fed, safe from dogs, and monsters.

Then one day, his housefolk left in greenleaf. Poor Rusty had to go to someone else's house for a while while his housefolk was gone. He never knew if they were coming back.

The worst part was, there were dogs where his housefolk put him. Many dogs. Great big ones too. Rusty hissed anytime a dog got near him. He was thinking about escaping one day, when one of the dogs started chasing him. He hissed and hissed, waiting for the dog's housefolk to come and get the dog. They never did.
