I'm gonna put my current fanfic, meetings and discoveries on hiatus because my brain has gone empty of ideas, I should continue it soon so don't worry! Until then, enjoy this little diddy.

Jack and Sally stood hand in hand on the hill, all the happiness now circled around them like a whirlwind. Sally couldn't help but look up at the pumpkin king and smile, Jack looked down at her she began to lose her balance slightly, he gasped when she fell against him.
"Sally, are you okay?" He asked filled with worry, she didn't answer she just breathed deeply and let out a small sneeze. "Sally, you've got a cold I'll take you home." He gathered her in his arms and carried her back to his manor.
Sally awoke a short while later, feeling uneasy but happy.
"Jack...Are you there?" She asked Jack sat up when she uttered his name; he leant over her and smiled. "Jack, where am I?"
"My house, you just fainted so I brought you here. Are you okay?" Sally smiled and nodded slowly in response. Jack reached into a small dish under the bed; he pulled out a small rag he wrung it letting the excess water fall into the dish and laid the damp cloth on her head, she coughed slightly and turned to Jack.
"Jack, I feel awful am I going to die?" She sounded scared, Jack scoffed and took a small lock of her hair and played with it in his fingers.
"You aren't going to die; you're just not used to winters cold only autumns warmth." She coughed again and took a hold of Jack's hand.
"Thank you Jack, you're being such a good friend to me." She whispered, Jack smiled at her. "I hope I'm not being too much trouble for you."
"It's no trouble at all my dear, I'd do anything for you. You know that don't you?" He asked, still smiling at her.
"Yes I know that." Sally blushed when she looked into his eye sockets. "Jack can I tell you something." She whispered.
"What is it Sally?"
"Jack, I'm uh, I mean I'm umm..." Jack looked at her in confusion but then smiled when he realised what she was trying to say.
"Say no more, I feel the same about you." Sally's eyes widened at what he said, she felt herself blushing deeper than before.
"R-really?" Jack smiled widely and nodded.
"You should get some rest after what you've been through tonight, I'll be right here if you need me okay?" Sally was already asleep in a state of heavenly bliss, Jack smiled again and sat up staring at the moon. I'll always be here for you, he thought, no matter what obstacle comes between us I'll be right here for you. He leant forward and kissed her, it was after that he took his leave and slowly ascended the spiralled staircase.
Always and forever, I promise you I'll be here right here for you no matter what...
