Thanos felt joyful as his ship began to land on planet Earth. It was time. The final battle. He only needed two more Infinity Stones to complete his mission. As his ship landed in the hidden city of Wakanda, the doors opened, and he stepped out of the ship. Standing about ten feet away from him, were the Avengers, they had been warned by the Silver Surfer of Thanos' arrival.
"People of Earth! I have come in search of the Time, and Mind stones! If you give me what I want, I shall grant you with mercy!" Thanos began. "But if you do not... then I shall have to get them myself." he finished, holding up the Infinity Gaunlet, a proud smirk on his face.
Doctor Strange began to speak, "If you want the stones, you'll have to get through us!" then he got into an attack position.
Thanos chuckled, "Very well then..." he fired a laser from the Power Stone, but Doctor Strange blocked it by using a portal to make it hit Thanos. "You must be popular with the children... I assure you that will not happen again." Thanos used the Reality Stone to turn Doctor Strange's sling ring into bubbles, then firing another laser, only for it to be deflected by Captain America's shield. All of the heroes charged at Thanos, using their powers in unison. But this didn't do much, as Thanos just blocked the attacks by creating a forcefield around himself with the Reality Stone. Then Thanos blew everyone back with a blast from the Power Stone. Spider-Man got up, four mechanical arms emerging from his back, then jumping towards Thanos. But as he was about to throw a punch at the Mad Titan, Thanos grabbed him by the throat, almost choking him to death until Iron Man fired his unibeam at Thanos' face. Thanos dropped Spider-Man, firing a laser at Iron Man, launching him backwards.
"THANOS!" Thor shouted from above, he held up his new hammer/axe, Stormbreaker, and it began to glow blue. Thanos looked up at him and chuckled. Thor soared towards Thanos, attempting to jab Stormbreaker through Thanos' chest. But Thanos grabbed him just before he could hit him and threw him into his ship, leaving a huge dent in it.
"I don't go down so easy..." Thanos gazed at the heroes, who were frozen in shock. He saw Vision, and grinned. "YOU," he shouted. "Come here!" but Visio didn't obey. Vision fired a laser from the Mind Stone in his head, but Thanos caught the beam in his hand. "I said, come here..." Thanos charged forward, knocking down everyone in his way as they tried to stop him. He then stopped right in front of Vision, who tried to fly away. But Thanos grabbed him by the throat. As he reached his hand up to rip the Mind Stone from Vision's head, something slmmed against the back of his head, Cap's shield. "You dare challenge Thanos, OLD MAN!" Thanos dropped Vision and tuurned around, staring down at Captain America, who was just now beginning to stand.
"Come at me raisin!" Cap mocked.
"The hell is a raisin..." The two ran towards each other, Cap jumping up to punch Thanos. Cap managed to hit Thanos in the chin, but that did't do much. Thanos grabbed Cap, and began to crush him in his hand. But that's when his shield came back, hitting Thanos in the back of his head, causing him to drop Cap. Cap got up and kicked Thanos' leg, this attack also doing nothing. Thanos kicked Cap forward, launching him into Hulk, who was surprisingly kncoked back a little from the impact.
"Pewny raisin mess with Hulk's friends!" Hulk began, "PEWNY RAISIN GET SMASHED!" Hulk jumped into the air, coming down and smacking Thanos, knocking him down. Hulk grabbed Thanos by the neck and repeatedly punched him in the face, then throwing him into the tree and jump-slaming him again. Hulk tried to punch him again, but Thanos grabbed his fist and swung him around like a ragdoll, eventually letting go and sending him flying into Iron Man, Rhody and Black Panther.
"Who's next?" Vision soared towards Thanos, attempting to slam into him. But of course, this didn't work, and Thanos grabbed him out of the air. He reached his hand towards the Mind Stone, but his hand was stopped, and a transparent red orb appeared around Thanos' hand.
"Put him down!" Wanda (Scarlet Witch) demanded. But Thanos managed to remove it with the Reality Stone, then firing a laser beam from the Power Stone at Wanda. But she blocked it with a forcefield and began to hover towards Thanos. But Thanos shot her out of the air with another laser beam, and proceeded to take the Mind Stone. Vision tried firing a laser, but this didn't stop Thanos' hand, and he managed to grab it. Vision started to shake and cry out in pain as the Mind Stone was slowly ripped out of his head. As Thanos dropped him to the floor, his color faded away and changed to black and white.
"NOOOOOOOO!" Wanda cried, and an earthquake began. But Thanos easily stopped this by choking her almost to death, making her pass out. Then he place the Mind Stone in his Infinity Gaunlet.
"One more to go." Thanos said, waving the gauntlet in front of the heroes.
"Oh crap..." Peter mumbled. Peter rapidly fired webs at Thanos, only to have them destroyed. "Uhh, Impact web!" he shouted.
"IMPACT WEB ENABLED" Karen, his suit's AI system said. Peter fired another web, this time doig a little more damage. Rocket fired a HUGE gun at Thanos, but this did just as good as Peter's Impact Web. Groot extended his arm into a ong whip and attempted to hit Thanos, but he grabbed Groot's arm and ripped it off.
"Groot!" Rocket worriedly shouted. Then Thanos grabbed Rocket and punted him into Groot, knocking them both down.
"I have heard such great things about you, 'Avengers'," Thanos began, holding up the gauntlet, "I am disappointed." the Reality Stone began to glow, and all the heroes started to turn into a jelly substance, except for Doctor Strange.
"What the hell!?" Strange said, staring at the jelly in confusion.
"Of all of you I thought you would be the least surprised." Thanos said, approaching Strange.
"I can take you on!" Strange yelled.
"I don't doubt that Strange," Thanos replied, "But can you take us all on..." just then, another ship appeared out of thin air, and landed on the ground. And out of it, came the Black Order (Or the Cul Obsidian). Corvus Glaive was first to charge up to Strange, who teleported a staff into his hands. Corvus swung his glaive at Strange. He held his staff in front of him to block the attack, but it was cut in teleported another weapon, this time a sword. Proxima Midnight came rushing in to aid Corvus, attempting to stab Strange from behind. But Strange blocked it by teleporting another sword into his other hand, blocking the attack. Corvus and Proxima Midnight pulled their weapons away and swung them again Strange blocking the attacks again.
"ENOUGH OF THIS!" Thanos shouted as the Reality Stone glowed and Strange's swords turned into bubbles.
"You son of a-" but Strange was cut off when he felt something sharp stab through hi, Proxima Midnight's spear. Then he felt it slide back out of his body as he fell to his knees. Thanos slowly walked over to him.
"You should have known better than to disobey the mighty Thanos..." just as he said that the jelly slowly began to transform bakc into the heroes, who were now dazed and confused. Thanos grabbed the Eye of Agamotto and ripped it off of Strange's necklace, tearing it open and remooving the Time Stone.
"No..." Tony said as he tried to crawl over to Thanos, but passed out before he could get close.
"Fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe," Thanos began, placing the Time Stone into the last slot of his Infinity Gauntlet. As he did, an rainbow colored aura spread across his body for a half a second. "But this... does put a smile on my face." and with that, Thanos snapped his face, and all that was visible, wall a bright, white light...
