Go on, keep staring, Tell me, what do you see? Yeah you, I feel your eyes on me.

Is it because of this damned red hair? Because I opened Slytherin's lair? Because of that stupid infatuation? Because that's over for your information.

I'm just a person, can't you see? So keep on staring, and maybe one day, You'll see, deep inside, the real me. Keep on staring, what're you going to do? Because amazingly, I have feelings too.

That's all I have to say. Goodbye Mr. Malfoy, Now I'll get out of your way.

~*~

Ginny smiled coldly. That should catch him off guard.

She had been walking down the hall, arms full of books, minding her own business, ignoring the stares she usually got, when she suddenly cashed into something.

That something was Draco Malfoy. He had sneered at her, lying there on the floor, books strewn about her, and she was sick of it. Why should he get the right to put other's down? When exactly did he get that right?

He had looked at her coldly and told her to move.

And she had glared and done just that.

~No more. ~ Thought Ginny. ~I am no longer just the pushover every one thought I was. Thinks I am. I am no longer the girl with the crush on the Boy-Who-Lived. I am Virginia Weasley.~

With a satisfied nod, she tied the note to the owl's leg, and sent it off. Turning out the door, she headed down to the Great Hall, as she wanted to see Draco's reaction to the letter.

~*~

While she was picking up her Pumpkin Pastie, the owls flew in.

She quickly found 'her's' in the frenzy, and watched as it headed towards the Slytherin boy.

She watched as he undid the note, read it, read it again, and put it in his pocket.

He must have felt her eyes on him, as he turned and looked at her.

And he nodded, and smiled.

He had actually smiled.

Ginny smiled back and continued on with her dessert.

So keep on staring, It's better than glaring. Virginia is my name. I'm not, never was, completely tame.
