Disclaimer: I don't own Inuyasha or any other work of Rumiko or whatever her name is (no disrespect.) But seriously, I just like writing about these characters okay.....geeze.

"Miroku"

"Miroku"

"Seriously, Miroku"

"Get up monk!"

"Huh," Miroku snapped up at the stern voice calling to him from his comfortable sleep.

"Well it's about time. It's hard to find good help these days," a clearly annoyed voice taunted him.

He spun his head around to find the source of the voice only to see nothing but bright light and a shadow slowly descending. "W-Who are you? Wh-where...are...w-," Miroku stopped in mid sentence as he took in his surroundings realizing it wasn't the camp he'd fallen asleep in. Nor were his usual companions laying beside him under the watchful eye of a certain hanyou. Instead, he was in a world of warmth and an unworldly light feeling with out being drunk. The sky and land had become one and it was the though he had a weight lifted off his shoulders. Come to think of it, it was though a weight had been lifted off his entire body.

"Where are my clothes?!"

"Calm down Miroku."

"Tell me now, who are you, how do you know me and what do you want with me!"

"Miroku! I understand perfectly why you feel this way. But you will NOT talk to me as though I don't have complete control over you," the voice said. The speaker finally reached the ground from coming down from the light.

"My word," he exclaimed at the woman before him. She was a peculiar beauty, a rare thing these days. She was extremely short, about 4'11 at the most wearing a long strapless black gown that pooled around her feet. Hanging around her neck was a small golden seashell locket which complimented her golden eyes. Her blue hair, another oddity, was pulled into a tight bun and carefully maneuvered around the two dog ears the stuck straight up atop her head. She had a few wisps of hair that traced her face and the perfectly placed crescent moon on her forehead.

"Why does everyone say that when they first see me," she whispered to herself. "Oh well, back to business. You're probably wondering why I dragged you out of camp and why you're naked. Just let me start at the beginning. And none of that 'Will you bear my children?' nonsense. Got it?"

"Yes...can I-"

"Go cover up."

"Thank you," he mumbled.

After finding some robes in a nearby inn, the two sat at a river and began.

"First of all, my name is Mizu, Tskino of the Element of Water, hanyou and spirit guide. This is the land of Tskino and if you haven't figured it out already, it's a spiritual world, which is why I couldn't bring your clothes with you. I pulled your sprit out of your body because in your group, you are the most spiritually aware and it would be easy for you to survive. Lord knows I couldn't take Inuyasha. But anyways, I need you to know this information so that you can tell your friends and will eventually save yourselves and the greater good."

"What do you mean 'greater good'?"

"I brought you here because you and the entire world are in grave danger."

"What type of danger?"

"The kind that requires a miracle, and by miracle I mean a big one. The type that'll never happen unless we do something about it."

"Is it about Naraku?"

Mizu lowered her head, peered toward the clear river and gave an frightening low laugh, "Miroku...this...has...NOTHING...to do with Naraku. This is serious. Naraku is child's play." She peeked at him.

"This is for adults only."
