My Life as a High School Loser

Shay the Gardevoir just moved to Pecha Grove Town and has to attend a new high school. But with popular snobs, annoying siblings, parents, friends, a lovestruck stalker, and a new crush, how will she survive? Rated for language and some teen stuff.

Chapter 1: Rushing to Hell

Oh, great. My first year at a new school. Some people are all excited about the new school year, like my little sister Maya. I would personally choose hell over high school. It's not the classes or the homework that I hate. It's the status chart. Y'know, cheerleaders are popular, math club people are losers, etc. It's not true, but everybody seems to think that. "Shay! Time for school!". I put down my diary and grabbed my green and pink floral backpack and ran down the stairs.

"Hey, sis! It's the first day of school! Why did you wake up so late?", asked my sister Maya. "Late? It's seven thirty! What time did you wake up?", I questioned my sibling. "Four thirty. I can't beleive I slept so late!", Maya said, eating her pecha berry Poffintart. Ungh, this is her first day of fourth grade. She is so weird. "Stop acting like I'm a freak, Shay! At least I'm not a seventeen year old loser.", Maya mocked, making an 'L' with her pointer and thumb. I've had enough! I dropped my chocolate chip waffle and started to chase her around the room. When we got to the stove, she used teleport, causing me to run right into the counter. I got up and checked the clock. "Ohmyarceus! It's seven forty five! I'm gonna be late!". I grabbed my lunch bag and dashed out the door, not even glancing at the annoying Kirlia that sat at the kitchen table.

I was new here in Pecha Grove town, the small place where my parents had moved our family during the summer. Nonetheless, I liked it here. We had nice neighbors, a nice house, and a great big backyard. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I remembered that I had to get to school. I was running at full speed when someone yelled, "Hey, Shay! Wait up!". Oh shit. There is one thing that I don't like about this town: him.

Author's Note: Hiya! I'm back! Just to let you know, I made up Pecha Grove, the characters, and Poffintarts:D.
