I DO NOT OWN WOLF'S RAIN OR YUGIOH!

Kaiba didn't want to rest. He didn't have the time. His brother had been taken hostage by the jerk of a man, Pegasus. All he cared about now was saving Mokuba. Nothing would stand in his way.

Suddenly, a large grey wolf with a scar on his chest stepped in front of Kaiba. The large creature turned to look at him with a snarl. Then, to Kaiba's shock, the wolf spoke. "Get out of my way, human."

Kaiba shook his head and scowled. "That's impossible. Dogs don't talk."

The wolf glared at him in anger, pouncing on the teenager. "Do I look like a dog to you, human?"

"Get off of me, you mutt!" Kaiba growled, kicking the large canine off of him. However, instead of rolling on its back like Kaiba would expect it to, it caught itself and skid to a stop on its paws. "I have a little brother to save and no dog is going to get in my way."

The wolf bared his teeth and revealed its human illusion. His hair was a silvery grey and was a needle thin pony tail. He stood as tall as Kaiba, but seemed more athletic and rebel looking. Leather covered his arms and his lower chest, revealing a large "X" like scar on his chest. The same leathery material covered his feet and legs. The human had a large knife clenched tightly in his right fist.

Kaiba's eyes widened, but he soon regained his composure and smirked. "This is all an illusion."

"It's no illusion, human," the teenager growled, glaring at Kaiba with cold yellow eyes. "I'm a wolf. If you want to get your sorry human hide out of here alive, I suggest you keep quiet."

Kaiba glared back at the teenager. "No one is going to get in the way of me rescuing my brother." He stared straight into the man's cold yellow eyes with his own ocean ones. "Not even a so called wolf like you."

The wolf and Kaiba stared into eachother's eyes, demanding for one of them to make a move. Then, ever so slowly, the two smirked at one another. It was Tsume who dropped his knife. "You're not worth my time."

Kaiba made the next say. "Neither are you, runt. The less time I have to deal with you, the better things are for my brother. So good bye, wolf."

Finally, the two departed their own ways, each other's thoughts filled with a different type of cold.
